Description

Format

The extract can be generated in either CSV, PDF or HTML format.

Break Out by Course

When marked, a set of records reports for each unique Course Number/State Code/Tech Prep combination. When it is not marked, a set of records reports for each unique State Code/Tech Prep combination.

For example, Course 1234 and Course 3456, both with State Code of 4010 and the same values in Career Tech and Vocational Code will report one set of records if Break Out by Course is not marked or two sets of records, one for each Course Number, if it is marked.

Exclude Cross-Site Data
When marked, students enrolled in Cross-Site Enrollment courses are not included in the report.

Calendar

At least one calendar needs to be selected in order to generate the report. If a school and calendar is selected in the Campus toolbar, that calendar will be selected. Additional calendars can be selected.

Generate the Perkins CDE 101 E1 Extract

  1. Select the Format of the extract as desired.
  2. Mark the Break Out by Course checkbox, if desired.
  3. Mark the Exclude Cross-Site Data checkbox to remove students enrolled in Cross-Site courses from the report.
  4. Select the Calendar(s) from which to pull the data.
