Open Enrollment Processing Video (NEW)

The Open Enrollment Processing Video provides an overview of the processes used after students submit their Open Enrollment applications, including running the lottery, notifying guardians, copying information into full OLR applications for new students, and creating enrollments.
Online Payments - Disputed Overview Video

Our new payment processor has a slightly different process for disputed payments. The Disputes Video has been updated to show how Stripe handles disputed payments.
Cross-Site Attendance Updates
Product Path: Student Information > General > Attendance
It is now easier to track student present minutes in Cross-Site Courses. When viewing or entering Student Attendance, columns for the Start Time and End Time of the period, a Duration column, AND a Present Minutes column has been added.
Also, a LUNCH indicator has been added next to the period name where the lunch time occurs. The calculated number of present minutes in periods with lunch is reduced by the number of lunch minutes in those periods.

Scheduling Board - Load Alternate

The Scheduling Board has been updated to allow the loading of alternate course requests.
First, a new Maximum Number of Alternate Sections field has been added to the Load Settings Panel. The value entered here determines how many alternate course requests are loaded for the student.
Next, the load button now includes a Run Load Alternates. This only includes course requests marked as alternated on the Walk-In Scheduler.
Alternates can also be loaded by right-clicking on the course grid for Departments, Terms, Courses, Periods, and Sections to produce other side panels.
Category Copier

The Category Copier tool in the Grade Book has been updated to improve the visual design and accessibility of the tool. Functionality of this tool has not changed.
Curriculum Metadata Details Have Moved
Product Path: Instruction > Grade Book > Curriculum
Curriculum metadata has been relocated from the Details tab to the main Curriculum editor in a collapsible "About" section. The video for creating and managing folders has been updated to reflect this change.
