Rx Pack - Campus.2539

The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for September 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).

It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.

Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2543 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Localization - Delaware

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Enrollment Triggers Causing Delays (SIS-192551)

When users processed new enrollments, triggers on the Enrollment table caused significant delays in the Ed-Fi Event Queue. This issue has been resolved.

Delaware-Course CIP Codes Updated (SIS-192813)

The following changes were applied to the Course CIP Codes Attribute/Dictionary:

  • Inactivated Code
    • 15.0130901: Design and Engineering 8

A conversion script was created to update all instances of code '15.0130901' to the new value '15.01309010'. 

Active codes display in the CIP Code field under the State Defined section of the Course Information and Course Master Information tools.

Delaware-Funding School and CIP Course Codes Updated (SIS-192863)

The code '100629: Off-Base Students at DAFB School' was reactivated. It now displays in the Funding School dropdown field on the Enrollment tool.

Additional Course CIP codes were added, reactivated, or inactivated where appropriate to align with Delaware specifications. Active codes display in the CIP Code field under the State Defined section of the Course Information and Course Master Information tools.

Localization - Kansas

Kansas - Preschool-Aged At-Risk Program Participation in KIDS Collection (SIS-192558)

The KIDS Collection has been updated to report zeroes for all Preschool students for the Preschool-Aged At-Risk Program Participation field for Preschool students not meeting eligibility criteria.

Localization - Maine

Maine – New State ID Report Update for Gender (SIS-192670)

The New State ID Report has been updated to report the full gender name value.

Maine – Student Personal Report Updates (SIS-192762)

The following updates have been made to the Student Personal Report:

  • The reporting logic has been updated to report one record for each student who has at least one active Enrollment record in the Calendar(s) selected in the extract editor as of the effective date.
  • The Sex field has been updated to report the full gender name value.
  • The Physical Address County field has been updated to report blank.

Missouri MOSIS Student Core Update (SIS-192431)

A new data element, CTE Work-Based Learning, was added to the MOSIS Student Core extract.

Pennsylvania PIMS Student Template and Student Snapshot Template Updates (SIS-192805)

The logic was updated for reporting data elements 214, 215, and 216 (Assessment Participation Code 2-4).

Localization - Tennessee

Tennessee – Ed-Fi Student Academic Records Performance Improvements (SIS-192402)

Updates have been made to the Student Academic Records resource to improve processing performance during resyncs.

A resync on the Student Academic Records resource needs to be completed with this update.
