The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for September and October 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2543 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

The following updates have been made to the Student Program Associations resource preferences:
- Renamed the ‘Program Intensity Descriptors’ category to ‘BEP Program Intensity Descriptors’.
- Renamed the ‘Language Descriptors’ category to ‘BEP Language Descriptors’.
- Auto-mappings have been applied to the renamed and added codes for the BEP Language Descriptors category.

- The Military Status values for those assigned a value between 4 and 9 have been correctly converted for records NOT modified after June 18, 2025 (the date districts were updated to the Campus.2523 Release) with the approved mappings provided by NCDPI.
- Records with a comment of 'Created from OLR' were excluded from the conversion.

The Student Program Associations and the Student Needs Resources were incorrectly reporting for Ancillary enrollments. This has been corrected and will now use the following logic:
- Local Service Type of Primary
- Primary local service types will always report if they are different Start Dates
- If the same Start Date, the earliest Enrollment ID will be used.
- Local Service Type other than Primary
- These will only be used if they are the only enrollment in a given time frame. This means that the Enrollment does not overlap with any other Enrollment from the same school or any other school.
- The priority order for these Local Service Types are:
- T: AOI
- A: Ancillary
- O: Program Only

Logic has been updated to meet state requirements for the Roster Start Date, Roster End Date, and Days Enrollment fields.
- The Roster Start Date field now considers the later date of either Term Start Date or Enrollment Start Date when the Roster Start Date is blank/null.
- The Roster End Date field now considers the earlier date of Term End Date or Enrollment End Date when the Roster End Date is blank/null.
- The Days Enrolled field now counts instructional days between the identified Roster Start Date and Roster End Date.

North Carolina - PMR System-Owned Validation Group Error (SIS-192913)
PMR Validations that were recently modified caused an error in a system-owned Validation Group that could not be edited or corrected, which caused the PMR to not run.
This has been corrected. PMR logic has been updated to only look at Data Validation Rules FATAL-33 and FATAL-13. The system-owned PMR Validations Group has been removed.
