This functionality is available to districts that have purchased Online Registration (OLR) as an add-on service. For more information, contact the appropriate Client Relationship Manager.
OLR Release Notes describe all changes included within the release pack, which may impact users who use Online Registration as add-on functionality to their existing student information system. Questions or concerns regarding an update should be directed to Campus Support. See the Online Registration Product Documentation for more information.

This version of OLR is compatible with Campus.2515 and later.
Enhancements
- The new Application Processing functionality is now available (CDP-3644):
- This is being released in a disabled state. When your district is ready, you can turn it on via the Enable New Application Processing setting in OLR System Settings.
- This will give your district time to train your staff on the new processing without delaying any ongoing processing at the end of the school year.
- Please be aware that we will releasing a new OLR version around June 30th. This version will activate the new Application Processing for all districts, regardless of whether each district has already activated it.
- Along with the new Application Processing, some OLR Tool Rights have been rearranged.
- The Staff Processing tool right has been renamed to "Application Processing".
- The OLR subright has now been renamed to "OLR Application".
- A new subright called "Batch Processing" has been created.
- The access granted by these three tool rights has changed. Please review the Online Registration Tool Rights article and your OLR tool rights to ensure that your staff retains access to any necessary functionality.

- Fixed issues with parent gender information not automatically populating from Campus and disappearing upon page refresh. (CDP-4083)
- Fixed an issue where required Radio Button fields failed to display the red asterisk indicator when the associated "fieldHeader" had no text in the OLR Literals Bank. (CDP-4084)
- Fixed an issue where the "Toggle Value In and Out" feature had no character limit in the OLR Builder but was restricted to 50 characters in the Document Upload Options tool, preventing large districts from specifying multiple boundary schools. (CDP-4113)
- Fixed an issue where parents received a "Bad Input Error" when removing previously entered data from the non-required "Date Entered U.S." field and clicking Save/Continue. (CDP-4115)
