Activity Registration
Activity Registration Maintenance (SIS-176116)
The following updates have been made to the Activity Registration tool:
- Fixed Form title text error appearing in the Viewing Tool.
- Fixes issue where the Viewing Tool was always showing "Manual" as the option purchased.
- Activities that were Refunded (full or partial) and did not return to inventory now show in the Viewing Tool.
- Updated Viewing Tool to have Timeframe Label and adjust "All" sizing.
- Fixes issue where the Roster Payments side panel was blank.
- Fixed an incorrect status to a form associated with an activity when a user/portal account was missing.
- Payments being taken via the Activity Roster were being charged a service fee for card swipe/manual card entry even though the "Card Present Processing Service Fee" checkbox was not selected in their Payments Setup. This has been corrected.

Character Limit Increased for Test Score Fields (SIS-175551) [Enhancement]
The character limit for Test Score fields has been increased from 20 characters to 50 characters. This update is reflected in the following areas:

Test Score Date with Two-Digit Year Not Importing (SIS-175594)
Test score records were not imported using the Assessment Center when the source file had a two-digit year date format. The CSV reports generated for Step 4-Test Mapping and Step 5-Import Data did not indicate any errors / warnings and reported an erroneous number of imported files. This issue has been resolved. Mapping for 'testScore.date' has been updated to allow the following date formats:
- mm/dd/yy
- mmddyy
Test score records import and display on the Student Assessment page as expected.

Data Import Performance Enhanced (SIS-175747)

Fuzzy Matching Logic Updated for Data Mapping (SIS-176090) [Enhancement]
Fuzzy Matching logic has been updated to enhance the Assessment Center user experience:
- Fuzzy Matching applies automatically only when Step 3 - Map Data has not been saved.
- Text added to the About Mapping Data display:
- Apply Fuzzy Matching Logic - Fuzzy Matching logic is applied to unmapped columns. This logic only looks at the column heading and compares it to all the score fields available in dbo.testScore. This only displays when Step 2 - Data File Detail has 'Source File Includes Header' checked.
- 'Apply Fuzzy Matching' button added under the 'Data Columns for Import' section in Step 3- Map Data. It displays when 'Source File Includes Header' is marked in Step 2 - Data File Detail.

Score Date Formats Generating Errors (SIS-176824)

Health Office Visits Medication Dose Date Update (SIS-175398)
When a medication dose is administered to a student during a Health Office Visit, a Medication record is also created on the student's Medications tool. With this update, the date of the medication record is now the date the medication was administered to the student, not the date the Health Office Visit record was created. This allows users to create Health Office Visit records for future appointments without reducing medication doses until the date of the appointment. The READ Recommended Retention and Retained fields on the State Reporting Enrollment editor have been relocated to the Student READ tool. A conversion has been done to populate the fields on the READ tool for the last three school years (2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22):
- When a READ Record already exists for the school years above, data is copied to the Recommended Retention and Retained fields from the Enrollment record.
- When the fields were populated on the enrollment record, but there is no READ record for the school years above, a new READ record is created for the enrollment record with the following information:
- Plan Type 03: Other (services received during the school day)
- Start Date, End Date are the start and end dates of the enrollment record.
- Recommended Retention and Retained are copied as they were entered on the Enrollment record.
The READ Act Extract has been updated to report from the READ tool.

Montana Special Ed IEP Update (SIS-175863)
A new Assessment Type, MAST, has been added to the options available in the Assessment dropdown on the Statewide Assessment editor of the Montana Individual Education Plan. With this update, a new print format, MT IEP 2024, is now available. This change only impacts newly created IEPs.

Nebraska
Nebraska Ed-Fi Staff Section Association Update (SIS-173780)
Logic for reporting the Teacher of Record element on the Staff Section Association resource has been updated for Nebraska to send the Primary Teacher on Section Staff History as the Teacher of Record. A resync of the Staff Section Association is required with this update.

Nebraska Special Ed Plans Update (SIS-175622)
A new editor, Accommodations, has been added to the Nebraska Individual Education Plan, Individual Family Service Plan, and Personal Learning Plan. With this update, new print formats are available for all plans: NE IEP 2024, NE IFSP 2024, and NE PSP 2024.

Nevada
Nevada-Non-Traditional Supplemental Attendance Report Updated (SIS-168290)
Modifications have been made to the Non-Traditional Supplemental Attendance Report logic to clearly distinguish student data concerning enrollments and course history.
The 'Regularly Enrolled School Number' and 'Regularly Enrolled School Name' data elements report:
- 'Homeschool' when the student's enrollment has a Start Status of 'E4'.
- 'Private School' when the student's enrollment has a Start Status of 'E5'.
- The State School Number of the student’s enrollment associated with the school type 'C: Charter' when the student's enrollment has a Start Status of 'E6'.
When a student's enrollment has a Start Status of E4, E5, or E6, course records associated with the enrollment report when all of the following are true:
- Section belongs to an instructional period on the Period Schedule.
- 'Homeroom' is not marked on the student's Section or associated Course.
- Neither a Course Type nor a Course Activity is assigned the Standard Code of '9999'.
A script has been applied to all Nevada districts as part of this update:
- Set the Attribute/Dictionary Standard Code of 9999 for code SE when the code SE exists in in the Course.type dictionary.
- Set the Attribute/Dictionary Standard Code of 9999 for code AT when code AT exists in the Course.activityCode dictionary.

Nevada-Reports Updated to Consider Cross-Site Enrollment (SIS-174576)
Nevada reports impacted by enrollment, roster, or attendance data have been updated to include an 'Exclude Cross-Site Data' checkbox on the extract editors. Records are excluded when the checkbox is marked (default) on the extract editor and a student's course or section is designated as cross-site.
These updates are in preparation for the future release of Cross-Site Enrollment functionality. The 'Exclude Cross-Site Data' checkbox only displays when the cross-site tool is enabled at the district level.

Nevada-Attendance Aggregation Updated for Non-CSE Attendance (SIS-175595) [Enhancement]
Logic has been updated for the nightly Attendance Aggregation quartz job that calculates Non-Cross-Site Enrollment (CSE) attendance for Nevada. This is in preparation for the future release of Cross-Site Enrollment functionality.

New York-Alt Standard Achieved Score Field Updates (SIS-176425)
'Alt Standard Achieved' (localized New York score field) did not display despite being unhidden in the Attribute/Dictionary. This issue has been resolved and the score field displays as expected when the 'Hide' checkbox is not marked. The 'Alt Standard Achieved' field has also been added to the Map to Database droplist under the Data Columns of Step 3-Map Data in the Assessment Center.
