An issue where a prerequisite planning rule was showing an alert when a prerequisite had been met has been resolved.

Course Plan Compound Requirements (SIS-154409)
The Course Plan tool was displaying a requirement as not complete when:
- A graduation program had a compound requirement with a logical expression AND
- The compound requirement was referenced more than one time in the logical expression AND
- The first reference of that compound requirement was false and wasn't evaluating the second reference.
This has been corrected.

Course Plan Administration Post Diplomas (SIS-156118) [Enhancement]
The Post Diplomas mode within the Course Plan Administration tool now includes a date picker that defaults to the current date. Students who are no longer enrolled in the selected calendar based on the date entered will now be excluded. This addresses a bug from SIS-128083 in which diplomas were being posted to students who did not have an active enrollment.

Activity Registration
Preapprovals (SIS-151131) [Enhancement]
A new preapproval process is available for districts to set up and use with Activity Registration. Districts can define the activity criteria that triggers the preapproval process and the forms that must be completed and routed to internal approvers before the activity can be completely created and made available for registration in the School Store. Activity Registration Maintenance (SIS-155981)
- Users who did not have tool rights for Ad Hoc could not save Step 2 and continue to Step 3 when building an Activity Proposal in the Activity Dashboard. This issue was corrected.
- When an Activity was in a "Registration Open" status, Campus was allowing users to change the Product Name if it was the same as Activity Name. This issue was corrected.
- An error was happening in Step 4 of a new Activity Registration saying the Product Description and Special Instructions section had exceeded 1000 Characters, when the text with spaces was less than 1000 characters. This issue was corrected.
- Once a student/parent registered for an Activity, custom forms for the Activity were appearing as Complete in the Activity Monitor Roster before the District had locked them. This issue was corrected.

Assessments
Assessment Center (SIS-155866) [Enhancement]
The Assessment Center is now available and provides the same functionality as Test Setup. For the time being, new tooling will exist alongside what was previously available. Tasks completed using Test Setup can now be completed in the Assessment Center. This is the first step in simplifying the assessment tools. Access to the Assessment Center is controlled by the Assessment Center tool rights.

Attendance Caller Report (SIS-154718)
Recent updates to the Attendance Caller Report and the Summary Report caused the following formatting issues:
- The alternating row shading was not continuing to the end of the page. This has been corrected.

Corrections for the Fee Billing Batch Report (SIS-155829)
The following issues were corrected for the Fee Billing Batch Report.
- The Fee Billing Batch Report was not reporting balances correctly after a student/household met the student/household fee maximum and also had fees adjusted because the fee maximum was met.
- The household fee maximum adjustment wasn't showing on the report for individual students.
- Once the household fee maximum was met, the student fee maximum was being applied to new fees instead of the household fee maximum even when the student fee maximum was not met.

With the release of Campus.2223, Messenger 2.0 is now in open beta and available for any district to use. Located in the Communication module (New Look of Campus), Messenger 2.0 consolidates many classic Messenger tools to optimize user experience and enhance messenger performance. With a refreshed look, Messenger 2.0 provides users with the added ability to send messages from mobile devices to Students, Parents and Staff. In addition, we’ve added navigation buttons to provide easy movement back and forth between screens when creating a message.
Because of the ongoing development, Messenger 1.0 will continue to be available until feature comparability is reached. Mobile compatibility is only available in Messenger 2.0 in the new look and feel of Campus.

Previously, logic was added to the Hawaii Behavior Management tool that the Alternate Educational Activities multi-select list was required when the Behavior Resolution was associated with Behavior State Code = AEA: Alternate Educational Activities (Campus.2219, SIS-154541). This has been removed and replaced with the following logic:
A new State Resolution Code was added for Alternate Educational Activities (System Administration > Custom > Attribute Dictionary > Behavior > State Code). This is now required when the Resolution of the incident is a ""Dismissal."" When the Behavior Resolution State Code selected is AEADS on the Resolution Detail screen, the Alternate Education Activities multi-select list then becomes required.

Several updates have been made to the Minnesota Special Ed documents. Updates to the IEP include:
- validation has been added to the Transfer of Rights editor that if a student is turning 17 during the school year the IEP is written and if a date has not been entered into the date field on the Transfer of Rights editor, a warning message displays when saving the editor that reads, "Students must be informed of the Transfer of Rights prior to the18th birthday. Please enter the date the Student was informed." Users can enter a date prior to the student's 17th birthday. Users will not be able to proceed to a different editor until a date is entered.

- IEP Graduation Course Requirement 1: Has an exemption or modification to course requirements is now 1: Did not meet state course reqs due to exemption or IEP modification.
- IEP Graduation Course Requirement 2: Does not have an exemption or modification to course requirements is now 2: Met the state course requirements.

Ohio - Student Course Grade (FR) Update (SIS-154977)
Report logic for the FR extract has been updated so that if the student has multiple grades in the same term (in multiple grading tasks) and grades have not been posted, then the most recent grade from the grading task marked as Final is report and not the other grading tasks. If there is no grading task marked as Final that also has a grade, then the most recent grade in a grading task marked as State Reported is reported.
The Course Grade field has been updated so that if if the term attached to the grading task does not have a grade reported, this field reports as U. Field logic for Term has been verified to report correctly. Grade Status field logic has also been updated to report as follows:
- Reports as F if the grading task is marked as State Reported and Final and the grade is either posted to the transcript or the Grade is W.
- Reports as P if the grading task is marked as State Reported and is not posted to the transcript (and Grade is not W), regardless of whether the task is marked as Final.
- Reports as I if the grading task is marked as State Reported, not marked as Final, and the grade is posted to the transcript.

Pennsylvania Special Ed Updates (SIS-153592)
Several updates have been made to the Pennsylvania Special Ed documents. Updates to the Evaluation Summary Report include:
- a WYSIWYG editor has been added to all text areas on the Sources of Evaluation editor. These fields are optional. A print issue with text entered on this editor has also been resolved.
- The Not Needed button on the Conclusion editor is no longer available. The Primary Disability field on this editor is now required.
Updates to the Reevaluation Report include:
- The Not Needed button on the Summary of Findings editor is no longer available.
- A print issue with text entered on the Sources of Evaluation editor has also been resolved.
Updates to the IEP include:
- an issue where information on the Education Environment editor was not displaying on print of a copied IEP has been fixed.
- validation requiring Gifted with Disability to be listed as a Secondary, Tertiary, Disability 4, or Disability 5 in order for the Gifted Supports editor to be available has been removed.
In addition to the Special Ed updates, the following update has been made to the PLP GIEP 2018:
- the Implementation Date now auto-populates with the date 5 days after the Meeting Date. This field is now also required.

South Dakota - School Enrollment File - Extract and Import Updates (SIS-155115)
Two new fields have been added to the School Enrollment File between EL Date and Gifted:
EL Services:
- In the Extract, reports the most recent EL Service State Code associated with the Service selected on the student's EL Services tab IF:
- The record has no End Date entered
- An active State Code
- The District Code reported in the extract is no blank or 30.
- In an Import that includes an EL State Code, an EL Services record is created with the value reported as the Service Type. A record is not created if the District Code is 30 or if the student already has a record with the same EL State Service Code and no End Date.
EL Services Start Date:
- In the Extract, reports the Service Start Date entered on the EL Services tab if the End Date is blank, the record has an active State Code, and the District Code report in the extract is no 30.
- In the Import, populates as the Start Date in the EL record.

South Dakota - December Child Count Extract and Primary Disability Updates (SIS-155626)
The Flagged field in the December Child Count extract has been updated so that the age range for the "Age 6-21 as of 12/01 or Effective Date of report generation and Primary Disability is 570" to be age 9-21. Additionally, the description for Primary Disability code 505 has been updated to "Emotional Disability."

Texas - TSDS Student Discipline Interchange - Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator (SIS-155744)
Logic for the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator has been modified as follows:
- When the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator checkbox is marked, a value of 1 reports. When it is not marked, a value does not report.

Wisconsin Special Ed Updates (SIS-154355)

Wisconsin - P-EBT Extract, Instruction Mode (SIS-154689)
A new P-EBT Extract is available for Wisconsin districts. This extract reports a count of the student's P-EBT eligible days for a month during the reporting range.
For district not using Blended Learning to track virtual attendance learning, COVID-related absences are documented in the new P-EBT Instruction Mode tool.
