This field is available when the selected State Seal is 02: Seal of Arts and Excellence, 03: Governor's Scholars Program, or 04: Kentucky Governor's School.
The GSP: Kentucky option is only available when 03: Governor's Scholars Program is selected as the State Seal. The GSA: Arts and GSE: Entrepreneurs options are only available when 04: Kentucky Governor's School is selected as the State Seal.
