The Migrant Education Program (MEP) Allotment Collection is a series of reports that is a roll-up summary of data from the MEP A1 Student Enrollment Detail Report and MEP A2 Student Enrollment Detail Report.

Report Editor

Data Element Description
Setup
Search Calendars Search field to narrow the list of calendars to select. Use the Expand All/Collapse All. Place a checkbox next to the desired school. 
Select a School Year From the dropdown, select a School Year for which to display all school calendars for that school year. Only one year can be selected. 
Report Options
Extract Type Indicates which MEP report generates. Each report covers a different Performance Period Start Date and End Date.
Performance Period Start DateA read-only field where appropriate dates default to the correct reporting dates for the selected extract type.
Performance Period End DateA read-only field where appropriate dates default to the correct reporting dates for the selected extract type. 
Ad hoc Filter

Select which students to include in the extract by choosing a filter that was created in the Filter Designer. Only those students included in the filter are included in the report.

Output Options
Report Processing To generate the report immediately, select the Generate Now option. To choose when the report generates, use the Submit to Batch option. Submit to Batch is useful when generating the report for several calendars or for reporting larger amounts of data.

Format Type Determines in which format the report generates - CSV or HTML.

Generate the MEP Reports

  1. Select the applicable School Year and Calendar(s) to include in the report. 
  2. Select the desired Extract Type from the dropdown list. 
  3. Verify the correct dates are entered for Performance Period Start Date and Performance Period End Date.
  4. Select the desired Report Processing option of Generate Now or Submit to Batch Queue
  5. Select the desired Format Type
  6. Click Generate. The selected report displays in the selected format.
