Tool Search: SD Extract
This information is current as of the Campus.2323 (June 2023) release.
The Student Demographics extract collects basic student demographic data such as name, birth date and Race/Ethnicity. To generate this extract, select Student Demographics from the Extract Type field on the SD Extract Editor. Multiple records can report for a single student if the student's name or identifying information has changed while at the district.

State ID | State identification number assigned to students. For new students, this field should report blank. New students imported at the State level will be assigned a new State ID and not a State ID existing within the file. For existing students, State ID must be populated or a duplicate record will be created.
