PATH: KY State Reporting > Extended School Services Report
The Extended School Services Report lists all students who receive extended school services within a specific date range and set of calendars.
As of Release Pack .1717, this report is only available for Kentucky State Edition users of Campus.

Selection Criteria
Students must meet the following criteria in order to report on the Extended School Services Report:
- The student must have a valid enrollment record for at least part of the Date Range entered on the extract editor.
- The student must have a valid ESS record for at least part of the Date Range entered on the extract editor.
- If the student has multiple ESS records, all records are reported.
Report Editor
Editor Field | Description |
|---|---|
Date Range | The date range from which students with a valid enrollment record and ESS record will report for the selected calendar(s). |
School Type | Indicates the type of school the student is enrolled in.

Calendar | The calendar(s) reporting ESS data. |
Format | The format in which the report will generate. Options include State Format (Fixed Width), CSV or HTML. |
Generating the Report
- Enter a Date Range in mmddyyyy format or by selecting the calendar icons.
- Select the School Type.
- Regular School - One record is returned for each student attending regular (non-summer) school.
- Summer School - One record is returned for each student attending summer school.
- Select the report Format. To review data, select HTML. For submission to the state, select the State Format (Fixed Width).
- Select which Calendar(s) to report data.
- To generate the report, select the Generate Extract button. The report will appear in the designated format.
