The Student Form Center allows administrators to find and view custom forms assigned to students using various filter options. Instead of locating custom forms for a single student at a time, administrators can use this tool to quickly find and manage forms across multiple students.

See the Student Form Center Tool Rights article for information about required tool rights for this tool.

Forms Overview

The Forms Overview screen provides a summary of forms assigned to students, either by name or by status, in a grid. By default, all forms for all modules for which the user has tool rights display. This tool is school-year specific. Forms that display change when selecting a different school year in the context switcher.

The Filter options can narrow the results in the grid by Module, Form name, School, and pre-established Ad hoc Student Filters. Click the Apply button to apply the selected filter options, and click Clear to remove all filters. Any filter applied is retained for the user when they return to this tool. Filters are cleared out when selecting a different school in the context switcher.

The Action Required section provides a quick overview of form groups requiring administrator action. When no forms require action, this section does not display.

The View By options change the form grid to view forms by Form Name or Form Status.

Any underlined value within the grid can be selected to view that form group. Cells with 0 (zero) mean that no forms with that status are assigned to students. Cells with N/A mean that forms with that status condition cannot exist. For example, a "No Participant" status form can not exist for forms initiated by guardians.
