Diploma Type
The Diploma Type drop-list allows users to select the type of diploma the student earned. This field is used only for district-tracking purposes and is not used in state reporting.

Post Grad Plans
The Post Grad Plans field allows districts to track information about a student's potential plans once they have graduated from high school. This field is used only for district-tracking purposes and is not used for state reporting.

State Reporting Graduation Fields
The State Reporting Graduation fields are unique to the state of Missouri. These fields allow districts to enter graduation-specific data for each student in the state of Missouri.

Associate Degree Institution
At the time of graduation, a student may have completed two years of study at a junior college, college, or university and earned an Associate Degree. Enter the institution at which this degree was earned here.

CIP Code
Use the CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs) Code field to select the field of study or program completion the student has completed upon graduation.

CTE Placement Relation
The relationship between Vocational education the student pursued in high school and Follow-up Status of the student in the year after high school graduation. Use this field to indicate whether the graduate is placed in a CTE related area.

ER | Employee Related | Employment Related may be reported with continuing education follow-up status to indicate the graduate not only continued education, but also was employed in a field related to the career education training received. |
NR | Not Related | Placement is not related to the career education training received. |
R | Related | Placement is related to the career education training received. |

Notes:
This field is REQUIRED for all students who have a career status code of CHS or CNP (Perkins Concentrator).
This field is NOT required for students who have an NHS, LTO, or PHS career status code.

4YR | 4 Year | Attending a 4-year college. |
EMP | Employment | Competitively employed. |
MIL | Military | Serving in the military. |
NOC | Non-College | Attending a non-college credit post-secondary school (certificate). |
NA | Not Available | Not available for placement. |
OTH | Other | Not included in specified categories. |
UNK | Unknown | Unknown follow-up status. |
ENC | Not Competitively Employed | Not competitively employed. |
ADV | Advanced Training | Training that is not considered to be an extension of post-secondary training. Rather, it would be training that an individual is participating in that may be directly related to their employment such as an apprenticeship, internship, or other work-related training. |
NPC | National, Community Service, Peace Corps | A service program that receives assistance under Title I of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 or volunteers of the Peace Corps Act. Examples include AmeriCorps, National Civilian Community Corps, Volunteers in Service to America, Senior Corps, USA Freedom Corps, President’s Volunteer Service Award, Presidential Freedom Scholarship Program and FEMA Corps. |
