Student Health
The student Health module allows staff to enter student health data and manage appointments.
Conditions
The Conditions tool lists all medical conditions reported for each student. Staff can add, update, or remove conditions.
Immunizations
The Immunizations tool tracks if students meet state-required vaccine guidelines. It supports compliance reporting, documentation uploads, and recording vaccine waivers.
Health Contact Log
The Health Contact Log allows nurses to document communications sent to parents/guardians about a student visit.
Medications
The Medications tool stores and manages student prescription information. Nurses can schedule medication appointments and record details.
Office Visits
The Office Visits tool allows schools to track scheduled and unscheduled office visits and document them: observations, treatments, interventions, etc.
Health Management
The Health Management module allows administrators to manage health tools and settings for staff.
Health Office Calendar
The Health Office Calendar displays all scheduled and unscheduled visits. Nurses can view in-progress and completed visits and access full details per student.
*Scheduled medication visits automatically appear on the calendar each time a dose is required.
Reports
Health reports allow staff to generate a comprehensive dataset on student health.
Immunization Summary Report
The Immunization Summary Report generates a list of students and their compliance status with state-required vaccinations.
Health Conditions Summary Report
The Health Condition Summary Report provides a count of all active student health conditions in a selected date range, helping identify trends across a school population.
Health Office Visits Report
The Health Office Visits Report lists all student visits per date or across a date range.
