Tool Search: Unique ID Extract
The Unique ID Extract is used to gather Student State ID data.

Report Logic
Any student without a State ID reports, even if they have State Exclude on their enrollment or grade level. Students do not report if the Calendar of Summer School is marked Exclude.
Generating the Extract
- Select the Format from the dropdown. Use State Format (Tab Delimited) for submission to the state or CSV, XML, and HTML for data review and verification.
- Select an Ad Hoc Filter to limit students reported to those in an existing Ad hoc Filter.
- Indicate if Demographics fields should Report Student Legal Identities.
- Choose what Calendar(s) to include in the extract.
- Click Generate Report to view the report in the selected format or Submit to Batch to schedule when the report will generate.
Users have the option of submitting a Unique ID Extract to the batch queue by clicking Submit to Batch instead of Generate Extract. This process allows larger reports to generate in the background, without disrupting the use of Campus. For more information about submitting a report to the batch queue, see the Batch Queue article.
