Rx Pack - Campus.2523

The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for June 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).

It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.

Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2527 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Arizona - Student Special Education Program Associations Resource Not Reporting End Date (SIS-190001)

The Student Special Education Program Associations Resource was not reporting an Enrollment End Date correctly when the student had a ZZZ Enrollment and multiple IEPs. This has been corrected.

Localization - Indiana

Indiana-Ed-Fi-Term Override Impacting Student Academic Records and Course Transcript (SIS-189571)

Middle school students taking high school courses did not properly report Student Academic Records, causing the Course Transcript record to fail. This issue has been resolved. Student Academic Records logic was updated to correctly report for students with transcript records in High School Courses (State Course Code format of ####). The 'termDescriptor' of the Student Academic Records reports from:

  • Transcript Ed-Fi Term Type
  • Section Ed-Fi Term Descriptor Override
  • Course Ed-Fi Term Descriptor Override
  • Sessions mapping for the term(s) when the course is offered
  • Student Academic Records Resource Preferences termDescriptor override

A resync of the Student Academic Records and Course Transcripts resources is needed as part of this update.

Indiana-Ed-Fi-Diploma Data Reports on all Student Academic Records (SIS-190093)

When a graduating student transferred schools within the district mid-year, diploma data was reported on all Student Academic Records. The logic on the diplomas and recognitions array was updated on the Student Academic Records resource to only report for the School attributed to the Primary Enrollment with dates that overlap the Diploma Date.

A resync of the Student Academic Records resource is needed as part of this update.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Student Academic Record Updated for Grades 09-12 (SIS-189913)

The following elements of the Student Academic Record resource were updated with reporting logic to include 09-12 grade students who do not have a transcript or graduation date:

  • Object Triggering
  • Term Descriptor
  • School Year Type Reference

Graduation Date logic was removed from the 'fhspParticipant' element logic. Reporting logic for 'fhspDistingLevelParticipant' was updated to include status "2".

A resync of the Student Academic Record resource is needed as part of this update.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Eligible Days Present Logic Updated on Attendance Resources (SIS-190095)

The last period in a student's schedule was counted against the student. To resolve this issue, the 'totalEligibleDaysPresent' logic on the following resources was updated to only count attendance marks from the period designated as the Attendance Snapshot Time. All other periods are ignored.

Tennessee – Ed-Fi Student Education Organization Associations Resource Update (SIS-189249)

The logic in the Student Education Organization Associations resource has been updated to report multiple student characteristics based on multiple enrollments that overlap the configuration year.

The ‘JDC01 -17’ state code has been removed from reporting in the student characteristics element.

The logic for the endTime for the meetingTimes element in the Class Periods resource has been updated to subtract lunch time from the period End Time to accurately report instructional minutes for the period.

The following updates have been made to the Student Program (GQ) extract:

  • Post Processing logic has been added to the reporting population to remove duplicate records. This logic is applied BOTH when 'Pull data from SPED product integration' is checked AND when 'Pull data from SPED product integration' is NOT checked.
  • Logic for the Program Enrollment Start Date and Program Enrollment End Date data elements has been updated to report ‘00000000’ for all records.

Arizona - Whole and Half Day Attendance Calculation (SIS-189569)

The whole/half day attendance calculation was incorrectly calculating a 1 for the eventDuration instead of .5 in the Student School Attendance Events Resource. This has been corrected by updating the rounding logic.

Rounding rules have been updated to report to the fourth decimal place for Arizona attendance calculations.

California - CALPADS Student Discipline SIRS Resolution Code Update (SIS-187649)

The CALPADS Discipline SIRS Extract has been modified to include behavior incidents with a state-coded event AND a state-coded behavior resolution. When an incident has multiple 300 or 400 codes, only one of each code reports.

When the incident has a resolution or response code for Physical Restraint or Mechanical Restraint (codes 501, 502, 600), the incident reports in the SIRS and SINC reports. Either the resolution reports or the response reports, not both.

Delaware Special Ed Progress Report Fix (SIS-189747)

We fixed an issue where certain Unique Needs/Present Levels/Annual Goals and Benchmarks from the 2024.1 plan formats were not pulling into the Progress Report.

North Carolina - Academic Program End Dates (SIS-189635)

Academic Program end dates have been updated as follows:

  • Any Academic CTE Program with a null/blank end date now has an end date of 6/30/2025.
  • Any Academic CTE Program with an end date of 2025 now has an end date of 06/30/2025.

Concentrator status has also been applied where applicable.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Calendar Code Logic Updated on Attendance Resources (SIS-189750)

Attendance Ed-Fi resources generated errors when reporting end of year data. The 'CalendarCode' element logic on the following resources was updated to report the Calendar ID-Structure ID when there is more than 1 schedule structure associated with a calendar:

  • Bilingual ESL Program Reporting Period Attendances
