The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for November and December 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2451 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Auto-Inactivate POS Terminals (SIS-182665)
If a POS terminal app has not communicated with the server for three weeks, it will be inactivated nightly (under Food Service > Administration > Terminals) and all pending messages from Infinite Campus will be deleted to improve server performance.
Users can reactivate the terminal and update POS data by performing a Data Reload on the POS Terminal Admin screen. The app can still be used before the reload, but data will not message from Infinite Campus to the app until the terminal is reactivated.

Arizona - Student School Food Service Program Associations Updates (SIS-183410)
The Student School Food Service Program Associations Resource has been updated for the following:
- A record reports when the FRAM record is active within enrollment start and end dates. When the FRAM record is NOT within the enrollment dates, it is excluded.
- When a student leaves the district and returns, multiple records report based on enrollment start/end dates.
- Additional records do not post when the student has an End Status = ZZZ and a new enrollment with Start Status = ZZZ. These enrollments need to be combined and treated as a single enrollment in the ODS.

North Carolina - Graduation Data Verification Report Update to Diploma Date (SIS-183890)
The Graduation Data Verification Report has been updated to NOT require a student's Diploma Date to fall on or inside the dates of the enrollment.
Logic now reports the student's most recent primary enrollment in the selected calendar on the report editor. In that case, the Diploma Date on the Graduation Record reports as long as the Enrollment Start Date is before the Diploma Date.
In addition, the Diploma Date must be after the Start Date and before the End Date entered on the report editor.
This change applies to all GDV reports.

North Carolina - NC Legislative Class Size (SIS-178770)
The NC Legislative Class Size Extracts are now available for the Spring, Fall, and Unofficial Submissions. The following Report Types are available:

- K-3 & 4-8 Class Size Violations
- K-3 & 4-8 Class Size Average

North Carolina - GRS Summary Updates (SIS-183378)
The GRS Summary Report, part of the PMR Extract, has been modified to include a State Grade Level column. This displays similar to the PMR Summary Report.
This column reports the State Grade Level Code for that row, one row per grade level in numeric order. The Group Total displays BEFORE all the grade levels to report the sum of values within the summary group for that school.

Oregon - Ancestry/Tribal Code Updates (SIS-183668)
The state of Oregon has updated the list of Detailed Ancestry/Tribal Codes and Definitions used in the Race/Ethnicity section of the Identities and/or Demographics tool.
A conversion was done to update the previous 2-digit codes and definitions to the new 3-digit codes and definitions, and remove inactive codes.
An additional follow-up case will be included in a future release that updates the list of Tribal Codes in Ad hoc Reporting.

New Jersey-SMART Special Education Submission Update (SIS-182928)
In the Campus.2447 release, all Special Education fields were moved from the Enrollment tool to the Special Education State Reporting tool. Conversion of the special education fields from enrollment to the new state reporting tool was implemented for all enrollments where the record created did not overlap an existing SPED record on the SPED tool. The SMART Special Education Submission was updated to reflect these changes.
The Staff Member ID and State Assessment Registration reports were also updated to replace references to 'ELL' with 'M' as part of this release.
