The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for November 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2451 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Data Extract Zip Tool PoolConnection Error (SIS-183837)
Users encountered a “PoolConnection has already been closed” error when attempting to zip multiple extracts via the Data Extract Zip Tool. This issue was corrected.

Montana Fall and Spring Early Literacy Report/Upload Updates (SIS-182978)
In a previous release, Campus.2447 (November 2024), the Fall Early Literacy and Spring Early Literacy fields were added to the Montana Enrollments tool. With this update, the following uploads and extracts were updated to report/import these new fields:

- Spring Enrollment Count Upload
- Fall Enrollment Count Extract
- Spring Enrollment Count Extract

New Mexico - Ed-Fi Student Special Education Association Events Update (SIS-182308)
The Student Special Education Association Events resource has been updated to report special education events that occurred in the 365 days prior to the start of the school year.
A resync on the Student Special Education Association Events resource needs to be completed with this update.

North Carolina - NC Legislative Class Size (SIS-178770)
The NC Legislative Class Size Extracts are now available for the Spring, Fall, and Unofficial Submissions. The following Report Types are available:
- Program Enhancement Teachers
- K-13 Legislative Class Size
- K-3 & 4-8 Class Size
- K-3 & 4-8 Class Size Violations
- K-3 & 4-8 Class Size Average
In addition to the report types, a Grade Level Grouping and Violation Type are available. All official and unofficial LCS reports can be generated depending on the combination of options. See the NC Legislative Class Size Collection article for more information.
North Carolina - GRS Summary Updates (SIS-183378)
The GRS Summary Report, part of the PMR Extract, has been modified to include a State Grade Level column. This displays similar to the PMR Summary Report.
This column reports the State Grade Level Code for that row, one row per grade level in numeric order. The Group Total displays BEFORE all the grade levels to report the sum of values within the summary group for that school.

Localization - Oregon
Oregon - Ancestry/Tribal Code Updates (SIS-183668)
The state of Oregon has updated the list of Detailed Ancestry/Tribal Codes and Definitions used in the Race/Ethnicity section of the Identities and/or Demographics tool.
A conversion was done to update the previous 2-digit codes and definitions to the new 3-digit codes and definitions, and remove inactive codes.
An additional follow-up case will be included in a future release that updates the list of Tribal Codes in Ad hoc Reporting.

Character Limit on Section Staff History Causing Calendar Roll Forward Error (SIS-183989)
A previous change to the character limit for a field on the Section Staff History tool was found to be causing an error when calendars were rolled forward. This has been corrected.

Ed-Fi – SectionInterface Update (SIS-184004)
Update to the SectionInterface which caused the Resync tool to stall and freeze the Event Queue. This case is reverting the code causing the issue.

Localization - New Jersey
New Jersey-SMART Special Education Submission Update (SIS-182928)
In the Campus.2447 release, all Special Education fields were moved from the Enrollment tool to the Special Education State Reporting tool. Conversion of the special education fields from enrollment to the new state reporting tool was implemented for all enrollments where the record created did not overlap an existing SPED record on the SPED tool. The SMART Special Education Submission was updated to reflect these changes.
The Staff Member ID and State Assessment Registration reports were also updated to replace references to 'ELL' with 'M' as part of this release.

Pennsylvania PIMS Student Template Update (SIS-183190)
The logic for reporting the District Code of Enrollment element on the PIMS Student Template was updated.
