Tool Search: Test Accommodations
The Test Accommodations tool identifies the assessments for which the student requires special accommodations and modifications. Fields that are specific to BIE are described below. Refer to the core Test Accommodations article for additional information.
Field Descriptions
| Field | Description |

| Start Date (required) | The starting date of the student's accommodation(s). |
| End Date (required) | The ending date of the student's test accommodation(s). |
| Assessment (required) | The assessment(s) for which the student required special accommodation. Only assessments marked Test Accommodations Eligible under the Score Fields section of the Test Detail tool in the Assessment Center appear within this field. |
| Assessment Accommodations (required) | Indicates the student's assessment category.

| Test Accommodations (required) | The accommodation(s) the student received for the designated test. |
| Comments | Additional information about the test accommodation record. |
Create a Test Accommodation
- Click New. The Test Accommodations Detail displays.
- Enter the Start Date for the accommodation.
- Select the Assessment for which the accommodation applies.
- Select the applicable Assessment Accommodation category.
- Select the accommodation(s) the student receives for the designated test.
- Enter any additional Comments.
- Click Save when finished.
The Test Accommodations record is listed in the Test Accommodations editor.
Repeat this process for each test for which the student requires an accommodation.
When the student no longer requires the accommodation, enter an End Date.
