The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for August 2023. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2339 pack unless otherwise noted.

Syncing Daily Grad Score Data Breaking DIS (SIS-173049)
Syncing daily grad score data was overflowing the packNumber smallint on the table, causing negative numbers and thus breaking DIS syncing. This issue was corrected.

An issue where users were unable to access the new Special Ed print formats has been fixed. This was only an issue for the plans and evaluations rewritten with the New Look of Campus.

Attempts at publishing assessments either took a significant amount of time or resulted in errors. This issue has been resolved. State Edition users can now publish assessments without errors or time delays.

Programs - English Learners (EL) - Cannot Change EL Status After 2335 (SIS-172569)
Prior to the release of Campus.2335, the status of students in the EL Program could be changed and saved as long as they had a language entered in the Home Primary Language field. After the .2335 update, districts reported the error "Language must be either something other than eng:English, or date determined misidentified must be filled in and program status must be set to Not EL". This has been corrected for states who should be able to change and save a student's EL Program status without receiving an error.

California - New Language Codes (SIS-172011)
The state of California has adopted a new set of Language Codes that affects the Home Primary Language (Demographics) and Language of Instruction (Course Section) fields. A conversion has been done to update existing language codes to the new set.
CALPADS validations for SELA and CRSE have been updated to address these changes.

Users can now modify the Start and End Date fields on the Education Plan editor without the user having to enter an Amendment Start Date on the Review Amendments side panel. An issue with the Meeting Date has also been fixed with this update.

Minnesota - Create a Separate Early Childhood Screening Tab to Separate Preschool Screening Records from Early Childhood Program in Ed-Fi (SIS-170277)
Preschool Screener is a new State Program that has been created to allow multiple screening records to be created and reported for students in MARSS and Ed-Fi. State Reported fields for Screener and Screener Exit Status have been moved from the Early Childhood tab to the Preschool Screener program editor.

Minnesota Ed-Fi - Report Student Early Education Program Associations from New State Program Tab (SIS-170745)
Due to Early Education and Early Childhood Screening Program reporting needs for MCCC, MARSS and Ed-Fi, Early Education has been moved to State Reporting to facilitate resolving issues districts were having with being able to use core tools to consistently add, import and maintain Early Education data.

A resync of the Student Academic Records resource for all students with a '999' Start Status is required as part of this update.

New Look Search Button/Panel Incorrectly Showing in Students/Parent Portal and Instruction (SIS-172161)
New Look search button and associated search functionality was incorrectly displaying in the header of the Student and Parent Portals as well as in Instruction (when New Look was set to off). This issue was corrected and impacted users will no longer see these items.

Localization - Kansas
Kansas - 2023-24 Reporting Updates (SIS-169830)
To meet new state guidelines for the 2023-24 school year, the KIDS TASC, KIDS KCAN and KIDS Collection extracts have been updated.
For all extracts:
- The version in the Report headers is now 19.0.
- Current Grade Level options now include Code 33: At-Risk 3 Year Old Preschooler, that maps to a State Grade Level of PR.
For KIDS Collection Extracts:
- Several fields have been modified for reporting logic and state grade mapping. See the linked article for details.
- New fields have been added: High School Credits, High School Credits Required to Graduate, Dropout Diploma Completion Virtual Student, Kansas At-Risk Program Participation, and Preschool-Aged At Risk Program Participation.
- These fields have been removed: First Instructional Date, Post-Graduation Plans, ESOL/Bilingual Program Ending Date, and State/History Gov Assessment.
