SchoolDaysDuration

Current Duration in School Days

The current value in the Duration in School Days for the resolution (the value calculated after the Resolution Length Calculation Tool was run).

The Duration in School Days is calculated as follows:

  • The Duration in School Days is calculated to the hundredth of the Standard Day Minutes.
  • Resolutions that span multiple days will calculate the amount missed per day and sum the totals together.
  • Resolution minutes need to be calculated per day for the calendar in which the resolution takes place. Standard Day Minutes can vary on different days.
  • Duration is based on the period schedule assigned each day of the resolution.
  • Resolutions that extend beyond the calendar will only calculate Duration in School Days through the end of the calendar.
  • A Resolution End Time of blank is assumed to be 12:00 A.M.
