The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for December 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2603 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Grade Levels Missing In Progress Area of Academic Plans (SIS-194937)
Grade levels are now correctly displayed in the Progress and Course Plan areas of Academic Plans. This resolves an issue where grade level information was not appearing as expected.

Localization - California
California - Attendance Recovery Nightly Process for Hours Earned Issue (SIS-193488)
A new System Preference has been added, Use Standard Recovery Calculation, for use with Attendance Recovery. This preference can be used by districts that rely on Section Attendance (students are marked as present, absent, or tardy) to track Attendance Recovery hours.
The default option is set to Yes, and only needs to be changed to No when directed by Infinite Campus.

Delaware-Address Boundary Import Updated (SIS-194922)
A change was implemented in the nightly processing to address issues impacting the address boundary import. Error logging functionality has also been added to assist with future troubleshooting.

Iowa-SIF-LIEP Placement Date Update (SIS-195179)
StudentSchoolEnrollment was incorrectly not sending a 'LIEPPlacementDate' when a student exited an LEP program. The 'LIEPPlacementDate' logic for EL Status = 4 was updated to resolve this issue.

Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Counts Fix (SIS-194705)
An issue was resolved with the Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Count not reporting correctly. A student was not included in the report when they turned 2 on or before August 1st and turned 3 on or before December 1st for the Fall Enrollment Count or March 1st for the Spring Enrollment Counts extracts.

New Mexico – Ed-Fi Student School Attendance Events and Student Section Attendance Events Updates (SIS-194822)
The Student School Attendance Events and Student Section Attendance Events resources have been updated to report half-day attendance.
A resync on the Student School Attendance Events and Student Section Attendance Events resources needs to be completed with this update.

North Carolina - Data Validations for FATAL-26 Updates (SIS-194767)
Updates have been made to FATAL-26 Data Validations:
- Primary enrollments are the only reported enrollments.
- Null values are accepted for present minutes in addition to numeric values.
- The final HAVING clause has been updated to use ">" instead of ">=".

The report population was updated for the Student Contact Record (FF) and Student Contact Address Record (FG) extracts to report emancipated students.

Tennessee – Ed-Fi Transcript Query Update (SIS-195143)
An issue with the EdFi Transcript query for Nashville has been resolved. The query was previously causing the Event Queue to stop and never finish processing. This fix ensures the query completes successfully, allowing for proper processing of transcript data.

Texas-Ed-Fi-SPED Program Association Sets Duplication Error (SIS-195033)
Logic for the 'studentSPEDProgramAssociationSets' array on the Student Special Education Program Associations resource was updated so it no longer duplicates and only reports unique records from the settings editor.
A resync of the Student Special Education Program Associations resource is required as part of this update.
