The Portal Display Options allow schools to determine which tools and data are available in the Campus Student and Campus Parent Portals. This tool is scoped to the school selected in the Campus toolbar.

Modify rights to at least one calendar in the school is required for this tool.

Available Tool Rights

Access and view the Portal Display Options. Filter calendars by status. Filter calendars by school year. Select and view School Options templates and Calendar/Term Settings. Use the Expand All/Collapse All to view selected display options.	Modify existing display option templates and settings. Create new templates. Assign calendars to templates. Modify calendar and term settings. Use the Batch Edit tools to copy and edit templates, and to edit calendar and term settings.	N/A	Delete school option templates,

Suggested User Groups

Typically, users of these tools have already been assigned one or more Product Security Roles that grant administrative-level access; therefore, a user group assignment is not necessary.

If your district's needs are different, you may choose to create a group that meets those needs.
