Tool Search: Title Funded Programs

The Title Funded Programs tool allows staff to enter information about students participating in Title I, Part A; Title I, Part D; Title III; or Title VI programs. This article details Title Funded Program fields specific to North Dakota. See the core Title Funded Programs article for additional information.

Districts should not enter Title I or Title III program information for students unless the state has published Title I/Title III information under District Information/School Information.

Add new Title Funded Program records

  1. Click New to create a new program record
  2. Select the appropriate Program tool in the New Program Record panel.

Title I, Part A

Currently, there are no North Dakota-specific fields for this program. Please refer to the core Title Funded Programs article for more information. 

Title I, Part D 

Title I, Part D programs aim to improve education for neglected, delinquent, or at-risk youth, helping them meet standards, transition from institutions to school/work, and prevent dropout through support systems for students in state/local facilities, dropouts, and returning youth.

Title III

Title III programs are specifically designed to benefit English Learners (ELs) and immigrant children/youth.

If a student qualifies as an Immigrant or Refugee, they should also have the Title III program completed (even if they do not qualify for Title III funds for Immigrants or Refugees).

Title VI

Title VI programs primarily refer to federal Indian Education formula grants that support American Indian and Alaska Native students, as well as standard civil rights compliance assurances. Key aspects of these programs involve cultural support, academic tutoring, and eligibility enrollment via ED 506 forms.
