Tool Search: Title Funded Programs
The Title Funded Programs tool allows staff to enter information for students participating in Title I, Part A, Title I, Part D, and Title III programs. This article details Title Funded Program fields specific to North Dakota. See the core Title Funded Programs article for additional information.
Districts should not enter Title III or Title I program information for students unless the state has published Title I/Title III information under District Information/School Information.

To create a new program record, select the appropriate Program tool.
Title I, Part A
Currently, there are no North Dakota-specific fields for this program. Please refer to the core Title Funded Programs article for more information.
Title I, Part D
Title I, Part D programs aim to improve education for neglected, delinquent, or at-risk youth, helping them meet standards, transition from institutions to school/work, and prevent dropout through support systems for students in state/local facilities, dropouts, and returning youth.

Title III
Title III programs are specifically designed to benefit English Learners (ELs) and immigrant children/youth.
If a student qualifies as an Immigrant or Refugee, they should also have the Title III program completed (even if they do not qualify for Title III funds for Immigrants or Refugees).
