When using the Test button on a saved filter and when creating a new filter and looking at the results, the Export to Excel option was not opening the results of a filter in Excel. This has been corrected.

Users Unable to Export Pivot to PDF (SIS-133553)

Behavior Resolution Types - Merge Behavior (SIS-132646)
When merging a behavior resolutions into a resolution assigned a sub-type of Suspension, an alert message now displays that describes what occurs with dates assigned to the resolutions.
- Merged resolutions with blank Start Date fields will be updated to display the Assign Date in the Start Date field.
- Merged resolutions with blank End Date fields will be updated to display the Start Date in the End Date field.
- Merged resolutions with blank Duration in School Days fields will be updated to display a duration of 0 School Days.
This displays below the Keep and Merge radio buttons before selecting Preview.

No Show Enrollments and Enrollment Preference Behavior (SIS-130269)
An update has been made to the Strict Prevent and Warn Enrollment System Preference in regards to No Show enrollments:
- When the Enrollment Overlap Preference is set to "Strict Prevent & Warn Primary," a No Show enrollment can be modified when that enrollment overlaps a non-No Show enrollment, unless the modification includes removing the no Show designation. If a user attempts to remove the No Show selection and saves, the validation warning displays and changes cannot be made.
- When the Enrollment Overlap Preference is set to "Strict Prevent & Warn Non-Primary," a No Show enrollment that overlaps a non-No Show enrollment can be modified, unless the modification includes removing the no Show designation. If a user attempts to remove the No Show selection and saves, the validation warning displays and changes cannot be made.

Special Ed Tool Rights Update (SIS-133013)
Previously, the Locked tool right granted the user the ability to Unlock a document. With this update, this will now be labeled the Unlock tool right. Any user who currently has rights to Locked will automatically get Read rights to Unlock.
Previously, a user could lock a document with the Write tool right to Documents. A new tool right, Lock, was also created to separate the lock functionality. Any user who currently has the Write right to Documents will automatically get Read rights to the Lock tool right.
These tool rights have been created for each document type within the Special Ed module.

Montana – Missing Student Photo Opt In Field Added (SIS-131856) [Enhancement]
A new Missing Student Photo Opt In field has been added to the Demographics and Summary tabs. This field allows schools and districts to determine whether or not a missing student’s photo is synced and displayed in the Montana State Edition of Campus.
A value of ‘Opt In’ means the photo will be synced and displayed. A value of ‘Opt Out’ means the photo will not be synced and displayed. A value of ‘Unknown’ means the photo will not display in the State Edition.
If a student’s photo opt in status changes from Opt In to Opt Out, the photo will be removed from the State Edition. If a student’s photo opt in status changes from Opt In to Unknown, the photo will continue to display in State Edition.
The Student Demographics Import and Extract have been updated to include a new Photo Opt In element. This element will report/import values for the Missing Student Photo Opt In field.
- A value of Opt In in the Import would always update the field to display Opt In
- A value of Opt Out in the Import would always update the field to Opt Out
- A value of Unknown in the Import would only update the field if it were previously blank.
- A value of blank in the import would never update the current value of the field.

- Report Logic for the December Reporting Period has been updated. In order to be included, students must be actively enrolled with a Primary Enrollment service type, have a Special Ed Status of Y on that primary enrollment record, and have a locked IEP as of the entered Effective Date.
- When generating the report for the December Reporting Period, field 35, Snapshot Date, reports the Effective Date entered on the report editor.
- A July reporting period has been added. When selected, any student ever enrolled in the previous school year who meets the following are included in the report:
- All students ages 14 and older as of the entered Effective Date who have an IEP during the report year are included.
- Any student who has the "Does student have a transition plan as part of their IEP?" marked on their Transition State Reporting IEP editor are also included.

- Economic Disadvantaged (field 88) reports Y for all students who have a Foster record that is active (no end date) or an end date that is after the entered Effective Date. A FRAM record is not needed for foster students.
- Address 1, Address 2, City, State and Zip Codes (fields 16-21) report from the current or most recent Primary household.
- Programs Services Code Title 1 Part A (field 96) reports Y when Title 1 is marked on the School editor (System Administration > Resources > School) and the student has a Flag assigned a State Code of 015.
- Primary Home Language (field 123) does not report when the selected code is 1285: English.

Reporting logic for the "Reported to Law Enforcement" field was updated to report Y only when specific events have the Reported to Law checkbox marked. The default behavior was changed to report N.

Virginia - Section 504 Tool and Report Updates (SIS-133101)
The Section 504 tool is now available for districts in Virginia. As part of this release, Campus will create a 504 record in the Section 504 tool for students who have an enrollment in the active year and the 504 checkbox is marked. The 504 Start Date will be the Start Date from the earliest enrollment where 504 is marked. The Student Record Collection and DCV Extract were updated to report from the Section 504 tool.

Wisconsin - Ed-Fi v3.1 Student Education Organization Association Updates (SIS-132436)
The triggering logic in the Student Education Organization Association resource has been updated to Post if the School Override field on a student’s enrollment has been populated.
The educationOrganizationId element in the Student Education Organization Association resource has also been updated to report a student's enrollment record from the School Override field if it has been populated.
A resync on the Student Education Organization Association resource is required with this update.

Wisconsin - Ed-Fi State Enrollment Type Update (SIS-133173)
The state enrollment type ‘Program’ has been inactivated and will not send in the Student School Association resource.
Districts need to perform a resync on any students that have not had their enrollments changed or the mapping changed.

Wisconsin - Ed-Fi v3.1 Student Special Education Associations Resource Update (SIS-133697)
