The Transition tool allows tracking of students who receive Special Education services to ensure they receive proper guidance to successfully be employed after high school. This information was previously reported on the Transitions editor of the IEP. 

Overlapping records are not allowed, meaning only one active record is allowed at one time. However, a student may have multiple historical records.

Transition Detail Fields

The following fields are available.

Start Date

Indicates the start of the student's Transition plan. This is a required field.
