The Truancy tool allows users to create and manage truancy records for individual students within a school. Truancy data is reported in Student Education Organization Associations (Ed-Fi)
Only ONE Truancy record may be created for a student per school year. Users may edit this record.
Record and maintain student truancy information and related intervention activities.
Add or modify a Truancy record
- Click New. The Truancy detail editor displays.
- Add the Scholl Year for the record.
- Select the appropriate check box(es) and input the associated effective date(s).
- Click Save.
- Modify an existing record by clicking the "+" symbol next to the relevant school year. Click the school/calendar name to display the record detail and make the necessary adjustments. Click Save when finished.
