Activity Registration
Activity Registration Maintenance (SIS-173531)
The following updates have been made to the Activity Registration tool:
- Resolved an issue where the Auto-Post functionality would cease processing when a student met the posting criteria, yet no Course/Section data was available for the school to which the student should post.
- Resolved an issue where Auto-Post checked for enrollments in the school the calendars were associated with rather than enrollments in the chosen calendars.
- Resolved an issue where pressing any of the buttons in the Timeframe group would result in a server error after successfully rolling forward an activity.

The Assessment Center has been enhanced to include score import functionality. The following options are available:
- 1-Test Detail: Define the necessary assessment details including:

- Child Tests
- 2-Data File Detail: Select a data file to upload. Only Comma Delimited file types are accepted currently.
- 3-Map Data: Map the data from the selected source file to the database fields for import.
- 4-Test Mapping: Test data mappings for accuracy and make changes as needed.
- 5-Import Data: Import mapped data to the Infinite Campus system.

New Card Entry Method Column and Payment Sources (SIS-171672) [Enhancement]
Added a Card Entry Method column to the Payments Reporter to show whether a credit/debit card payment was typed in manually, swiped, or processed through the Campus Mobile Payments app using a chip insert or tap. This will help districts with payment transaction research.

When turned off, the Blended Learning Students count does not display.

- Reports True when the parent is populated in the IDEA Contact field of a Section 504 record that is active within the scope year.
- For all other situations, reports False.

Arizona - Title 1 Reporting for Student Needs, Student Program Associations (SIS-173508)
The Student Needs and Student Program Associations Resources have been modified to correctly report Title I information, as follows:
- Title I information reports from the student's Title I individual program when that information is populated for the student. When not populated, information reports from the Title I Schoolwide Program assigned to the school for the current configured year.
- The Title 1 Individual Program End Date must be within or after the current configured year or NULL (not populated) to be eligible to report.
- The Student Need Entry Date (Student Needs) and the Begin Date (Student Program Associations) reports the future nearest instructional date to the calculated date when the calculated date is not an instructional day.
- The Student Need Exit Date (Student Needs) and the End Date (Student Program Associations) reports the past nearest instructional date to the calculated when the calculated date is not an instructional day.
- The Begin Date field now reports the latest of the Title I Program Start Date or Enrollment Start Date for Title I Individual Programs.
- The End Date now reports from the earliest of the Title I Program End Date, the Enrollment End Date or the Last Instructional Day of the Calendar.
A resync of the Student Program Associations Resource is needed as part of this update.

- Removed any logic that prevents 'finalLetterGradeEarned' from reporting when 'finalNumericGradeEarned' reports.
- Report the Unweighted GPA Value (if populated) from the transcript record.
- Only report on a scale from 0 to 4.0.
- Any value above a 4.0 reports as a 4.0.

Indiana - Ed-Fi Student Section Associations Update (SIS-171661)
Logic for the Student Section Associations resource has been updated to consider the 'Exclude from State Reporting' field on the new Section Student Detail (see SIS-171660 released in Campus.2343). The resource does not report for a student if the 'Y:Yes' option under 'Exclude from State Reporting' is selected. This only excludes the records associated with the student and specific course section indicated on the Section Student Detail.
A resync of the Student Section Associations resource is required for any student whose record was marked 'Y:Yes' on the 'Exclude from State Reporting' field of the new Section Student Detail.

Indiana - Ed-Fi NEW Calendar Override Mapping Tool Added (SIS-172008) [Enhancement]
A new Calendar Override Mapping tool has been added to the Indiana Ed-Fi Resource Preferences. The tool allows for the mapping of multiple calendars to a single calendar. Object triggering logic for the Calendar and Calendar Dates resources has been updated. Rules for the ‘calendarReference’ data element on the Student School Associations resource have also been updated to consider changes implemented when using the new tool.
A resync of the Calendar, Calendar Dates, and Student School Associations resources is required when an override mapping has been entered.

The 'TexasFirstEarlyHSCompletionProgram' element on the Student Enrollment Interchange reported as blank and caused errors. This issue has been corrected.

- Reports for Submission 1 when the value for 'leaver' is 1 and the Graduation Date is not blank. Nothing reports if 'TexasFirstEarlyHSCompletionProgram' is blank.
- Does not report for Submission 3.
