This release includes upgrades to printed reports as part of our ongoing FOP project. Rather than listing updated reports for individual cases, a list of all updated reports can be found in the PDF and DOCX Report Updates article.
Release notes allow relevant personnel to review enhancements, modifications, and regulated changes prior to accepting an update. It is advised that users review the release notes carefully and alert appropriate district staff to changes in Campus.
The Release Information article lists the approximate release date of all Campus releases.

The Ad Hoc Reporting Filter Designer tool has been updated to include filters for pronoun names and pronoun codes. This provides users with additional filtering options beyond the numerical value pronoun IDs.

Ad Hoc Report Generation Error with Opt-Out Program (SIS-197092)

Previously, if a user opened the Grade Book as a guest in the Home School of a Cross-Site section, the In-Progress Grade Calculator would clear out any grades received from the Serving School. Logic has been updated to no longer clear In-Progress Grades.

Assignment Due Date - Term Mask (SIS-196549)
Previously, if an assignment was due on the last day of a term and the Term Mask for the next term was updated to be inactive, the assignment would display incorrectly with the next available term with an active Term Mask, not the term in which it was due. This has been corrected.

Classroom Integrations
LTI Tool Link (SIS-192131) [Enhancement]
An option has been added when teachers add a link to an external LTI program. Teachers can continue to link to a specific resource in the external program. With this release, they can also choose to link to "General Tool Access" which links to the program as a whole within the context of the course section. These options display when the teacher clicks "Learning Tool" in the Add a Task section of an assignment.
This option simplifies access to a learning tool. For example, a teacher might link to the general tool from a resource at the top of their curriculum list to make it easier for students to access course content.

If a record qualifies for both the federal and state conversions, the result should be two Military Connections records after the conversions. To avoid duplication, a new Military Connections record is not created if one already existed with the same Start Date and Status combination as the one that would be created from the conversion. The script has also been made available to Support in case it needs to be run again.

- A new print format, IL IEP 2026, is now available.

- A new Transportation 2.0 record was created for every Transportation record as long as it was active on or after the active year. Historic records for non-active years were not created.
- The student's Enrollment Start and End Dates were used to determine the Transportation 2.0 dates.
- When a student had two Enrollment records but one Transportation record in the same calendar, a new Transportation 2.0 record was created for each Enrollment with the same code.
- When a student had one Enrollment record but two Transportation records in the same calendar, two Transportation 2.0 records were created, tied to the same Enrollment with distinct codes. The Transportation Start and End Dates were used to determine the new records' dates in this instance.
- A default (NT) state reporting record was created for any student with an Enrollment but no historic transportation record to convert.
- When there is a date gap between Transportation records but no gap in the Enrollment record for the same calendar, a default (NT) record was created to fill the date gap.
- All future Transportation 2.0 records created outside the active year include an End Date, which is the calendar end date or the Enrollment end date.

The Present Minutes field on the attendance record has been updated to default to ‘0’ to ensure a value is entered for present minutes on the Register Report. State Codes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 have been updated to report similarly to Codes 3 and 4 in the Attendance, NCLB, and Attendance Summary extracts. They do not count a day as absent.

North Carolina – GDV Validation Report Updates (SIS-189782)
The GDV-5 System Owned Validation has been updated to not flag when a student has a mid-year promotion resulting in the student graduating with a W4 or W6 end status.
A student is flagged when a W4 or W6 enrollment End Status does not exist for the scope year. The validation scope is now district-wide instead of limited to District/School/Calendar selected from the context switcher. The students included do respect the District/School/Calendar selected from the context switcher.

North Carolina – LCS Class Size Calculation Update (SIS-194482)
The following updates have been made to the LCS Class Size Calculation Report:
- The Exclude Cross-Site Data checkbox has been removed from the LCS Report Editor. Any logic that excluded students with a Cross-Site Enrollment are marked as a Cross-Site Student on the section roster has been removed. Any logic that excluded courses and sections marked as Cross-Site courses has been removed.
- A Course Section is considered reportable regardless of there being an assigned Qualifying Lead Teacher.
- Schools with a State School Number of 000-299 and 996-999 are not included in the report.
- For the Class Size Average Report: The Lead Count calculation has been modified to sum the TeacherCount column for all Reportable Sections aligned with the State Course Code used to identify the Class Grade Level on the Class Size Report.
- Logic has been added for the following scenario: In the event a State Course Code has a LeadCount equal to zero (0), the ClassSize column on the Class Size Average Report is left blank (null).
- A column was added on the District level report on the Class Size Average output called ‘Class Size Error’ for an error message to display in this scenario. The column does not display on the State level report.

North Carolina – LCS Combined Class Logic Update (SIS-194752)
The following updates have been made to Combination Class Logic:
- Combined Class Logic has been updated for Combination Classes for grade levels 3 and 4. These grade levels now use the standard combination class logic.
- Previously, sections that are tied to different local course Numbers that are tied to the SAME state course code AND for the same grade level, are being combined into one reportable section. Now, Combination logic is now applied across DIFFERENT grade levels and NOT the same grade level with different local course names.
- Previously, section matching logic requires ALL Qualifying Lead Teachers between combinations sections to be identical in order to be considered a combination section. Now, the Lead Teacher matching criteria has been modified to the following: Both sections MUST have the SAME Primary Teacher as of the Effective Date from the Extract Editor.

North Carolina – UNC Minimum Course Adjustments for 2025-2026 and Future Years (SIS-196515)
In the Campus.2551 release, a script that was run tp mark the UNC Requirement checkbox on Course Information, Course Master, and Student Transcripts for courses with the appropriate state codes and course numbers. This script incorrectly updated the checkbox for the current school year and future years when it should have only made changes to historical years. This has been corrected; current year and future year courses have been updated to change the UNC Requirement checkbox to null where appropriate.

North Carolina – PMR ADA Logic (SIS-196572)
The Average Daily Attendance calculation for the PMR has been updated for the following:
- ADA now evaluates a student being absent or present based on the combined time of unexcused and excused absences.
- Student day minutes are used in the calculation. Previously, the calculation used the student's scheduled minutes.
- Day events with a standard code of 'AD' are now included in the calculation.

North Carolina – LCS Program Enhancement Teachers Report Updates (SIS-197068)
The LCS Program Enhancement Teacher Report has been updated to display one row of data per unique course/reportable section. Previously, the report displayed one row of data per course/section/qualifying lead teacher combination.
Also, two new columns have been added for both District Edition and State Edition:
- Section Number - reports the Section Number aligned with the reporting section (Scheduling & Courses > Courses > Section Information > Number)
- Additional Qualifying Leads - In a comma separated list, reports the Staff State ID of any additional Qualifying Lead Teacher(s) assigned to the Reportable Section beyond the Reportable Lead Teacher identified in the Staff UID field.
