Academic Planning
GPA Calculation Type Selection Issue (SIS-189952)
An issue was found where selecting Unweighted GPA for the calculation type of a GPA requirement in an academic plan would revert to Weighted GPA after saving.
This has been fixed so users can add a GPA Requirement to an academic plan using the Unweighted GPA Calculation Type and/or update a current GPA Calculation Type on a plan to Unweighted GPA.

Resolved an issue where siblings without enrollments in the selected school could not register for activities when the 'Restrict to Associated Enrollments' checkbox was unchecked

The tool rights logic was updated for access to the Assessment Center. Changes include:

Persistent Toast Message (SIS-190924)
The persistent "Save & Batch Test was run and completed" toast message that displayed on steps 4 and 5 of the Assessment Center after making changes on step 1 was removed. Logic was updated to ensure the message only appears when appropriate.

National Code Clearing Issue (SIS-190932)
When a user selected a code from the National Code dropdown field on Test Detail and then changed the code to blank, the previously selected code remained selected. This issue has been corrected.

Hierarchical Test Navigation (SIS-190956)
Test navigation history discrepancies when saving with validation errors in the Assessment Center were corrected. Users are no longer directed back to the parent test if they select Cancel while on the child/grandchild test.

Question Mark in Test Name Impacts Data Mapping (SIS-190995)
Users encountered issues with mapping data in the Assessment Center when using a question mark in test names. This issue has been resolved. Users can successfully apply date formats to all tests, including those with a question mark in their names, and proceed to map data.

Auto-Post Grades for End-Dated Students (SIS-162319)
The posting grades process in various Instruction tools has been updated to auto-post grades for students whose Roster End Date is on or after the last day of the term. The workflow for posting grades for students with End Dates has been improved by adding clarifying messages to inform teachers which students will receive posted grades and why.

Campus Learning
Submit as a Student - Quizzes (SIS-190208)
The option to submit work on behalf of a student has been extended to include quizzes. For example, a teacher could print out a quiz for a student who needs a paper copy and then enter the student's answers on their behalf.
To submit a quiz for a student, use the View as student dropdown list at the top right of the screen to select a student. Then click Start Quiz and enter the student's answers. The teacher's name is associated with the work they submit for a student. Note: teachers cannot submit a quiz for a student if the student has started the quiz online already.

Quiz Feedback Button (SIS-190295)
A Feedback button has been added to various areas of quizzes. This button links to a forum post where users can provide feedback about quizzes, including recent improvements.

Scores in the Grade Book (SIS-190800)
As a result of a recent change, the Grade Book no longer updated when a score was entered on a Scoring Rubric or the submission scoring screen. This has been corrected.

Error Opening Standards Portfolio (SIS-191274)
Previously, users encountered an error when attempting to access to the Standards Portfolio from Progress Monitor and Student Information. This has been corrected.

Curriculum Library - Single Items (SIS-191325)
The Curriculum Library has been updated to allow users to add single items, such as an assignment or resource, to the Library. Previously, only entire folders of curriculum could be added. If viewing the library with Resources rather than Folders selected in the Content section, new Included Tasks filters allow users filter by items with quizzes, submissions, discussions, or LTI linked content. Assignments with Engagement Check-Ins and those received via a OneRoster integration cannot be shared to the library.

Custom Tool Setup - Tool Placement Changes (SIS-190783)

SSRS Reports Not Properly Reporting Errors to User (SIS-190902)

Improved Tracking for Missing Transaction References (SIS-191660)
Additional tracking has been implemented to address issues with pending transactions missing a transaction reference. Each payment now includes a request ID, allowing the system to match and update the payment status in the Payments Reporter. A transaction reference will be provided after the following:
- Payments canceled after initialization will receive a transaction reference within 30 minutes.
- Payments initialized but interrupted by app crashes or forced closures will receive a transaction reference within 30 minutes.
- Failed transactions in Mobile Payments or SIS will receive a transaction reference within 30 minutes.
- Successful payments will continue to settle without interruption.

This issue only applies to states with the Career and Technical (CTE) Program enabled.
Users reported that when a record that did not have a Special Population value selected was created or modified, the error "ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'join')" was returned.
This error has been corrected. Users can now update current CTE programs or add new ones for students using the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program tool.

On the Monthly Attendance Summary and the Monthly Attendance Register Reports, the Days Appt (days present) calculation has been modified to include Attendance Recovery Days. In addition, a new AR Days column has been added to the first page after the percentage column and lists the number of AR days used to collect back ADA.

- Half-day kindergarten students should not have their days of attendance divided by two. Count half-day kindergarten students in attendance for every day they attend their half-day program. Cannot be greater than 366.
