Tool Search: Medicaid Service Detail Report
The Medicaid Service Detail Report details the currently configured Medicaid billable services. Users can select service groups, services and sort option.
Medicaid Service Detail Report
Report Logic
The Service Detail Report provides information on the services being provided to students. It does not report any student information. This information is reported from the Medicaid Services list and the Medicaid Service Rates associated with those services.
Report Editor
The following fields are available for selection.
Field | Description |

Effective Date | Entered date is used to report active services as of that date. This field is auto-populated with the current date, but it can be changed by typing a new date in mmddyy format or using the calendar icon to select a date. |
Service Group | Selected services groups display the service list. These service groups are assigned to services when setting up the Medicaid services provided. At lease one service group needs to be selected in order to generate the report. |
Service List | At least one service needs to be selected in order to generate the report. |
Sort Option | The report can be sorted by the Name of the Service, the Number of the Service or the Group to which it's associated. |
Format | The report can print in PDF, DOCX, or HTML format. |
Generate the Services Detail Report
- Enter the Effective Date of the report.
- Select the Service Groups to include on the report.
- Select the Services to include on the report from the Service List.
- Select the Sort Option of the report.
- Select the desired Format of the report.
- Click the Generate Report button. The report will generate in a new window and appear in the selected format.
