Extract	Description
ADA/ADM Extract	The ADA/ADM Extract collects attendance data.
Chronic Absenteeism	The Chronic Absenteeism extract assists districts in identifying chronic absenteeism and/or student truancy in the selected Calendar/Year.
State Extracts	ELL Extract: Reports basic information for students participating in LEP programs. Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress: Reports all grades 3-11 students who entered the district after the specified district entry date. Iowa Testing Barcode: Allows an LEA (Local Education Agency) to send a file to the Iowa Testing Program, which returns barcode labels to be affixed to the student's ITBS or ITED answer sheet. SRI Data Collections: Reports four different record types Student Demographics Enrollment Removal (behavior) Course Student ID and State Locator: Generates records based on students' demographic and enrollment data.
State ID Import	The State ID Import uploads student data.
