Manual Entry Inventory Limit Enhancement (SIS-151334) [Enhancement]
When a student was manually registered for an activity, there was no option to select which item the student is selecting to purchase. This would not reflect in the inventory limits of any purchase options created for the activity. To resolve this, a new drop-list will be displayed on the roster screen during the manual registration process to allow a customer to select an item for the student and lowering the inventory limit.

When there is more than one identity record with the same effective date (either the same date as the current date/today or after the current date), tie break logic using the highest identityID determines which identity record is the current identity record.
This change applies to District Edition sites only to match the logic currently in place in State Edition.

ID History Displaying Incorrect End Date When Record was Modified via Combined Person Tool (SIS-66618)
When two students were combined via the Combine Person tool, the kept student’s ID History was incorrectly displaying an End Date of the current date and time of the server instead of the time in which the two records were combined. To address this issue, a new End Date field has been added to the following ID History tables:

This change ensures anytime the following fields are modified or records are inserted via Combine Person, the proper End Date value is applied:

To address existing records in each of these ID History tables, the following data conversion was done:

Ability to Upload Health Documents to the Digital Repository Now Available (SIS-155720) [Enhancement]
The ability to upload Health documents to the Campus Digital Repository has been added. Administrators can now enable the Documents button (which allows for upload of documents to CDR) for the following health-related tools:
The Digital Repository Data Usage Report has been updated to include Health and its related tools and the Repository Cleanup tool now includes Health objects when cleaning up Person documents.
In the Person Documents tool, when adding a new file, the dropdown list now includes the option to select the health tools mentioned in the bullets above.

Campus Digital Repository Usage Over 100% Warning Leading to Broken Link (SIS-166257)
Users exceeding the 1mb per student free allotment for Campus Digital Repository were receiving a warning message in their Process Inbox which when selected, lead to a broken link. This warning message was being generated off a deprecated preference value and is no longer relevant to how CDR usage is monitored and reported. To correct this issue, all backend logic tied to generating this outdated warning has been removed and users should no longer receive it, regardless of their CDR per student usage.

Early Warning – Updates to Insights Visualizations (SIS-166770) [Enhancement]
Updates were made to simplify and streamline sub-report data within many Insights visualizations. Each visualization now provides users with the ability to easily change visualized data by a Count of Grades or Count of Students. Sub-report data has been standardized across visualizations to report the same fields, making it easier to interpret this data. These updates apply to the following visualizations and their names have been updated as follows:
- Grade Analysis Report has been renamed to Percent Tier
- In-Progress Grades Summary by Course has been renamed to Progress by Course

eTranscript - Report Preferences, PESC XML Layout (SIS-153683) [Enhancement]
A State Seal Preference has been added to the eTranscript Report Preferences. When marked AND when the student has a State Seal record listed on their Graduation record, the State Seal information reports on the eTranscripts in the AcademicHonors node.
The PESC XML Layout has been modified to include Academic Completion Date (State Seal Date), as well as an updated description of Honors Title to include State Seal information in the Academic Awards Sections.
Other items addressed:
- An issue with special characters in student names causing the eTranscript to be rejected when submitted to Parchment has been corrected.
- When the eTranscript option includes Report Comments, and the comment is longer than 80 characters, that comment reports in multiple 80-character Note Messages.

Single Sign On (SSO) Using Wrong Binding Method for IDPs Providing Multiple Binding Types (SIS-165612)
Campus SSO logic was coded to first use an IDPs HTTP-POST binding if one is present and then only look for an HTTP-Redirect binding if the HTTP-POST binding is not found. This logic was causing Infinite Campus to use the wrong binding (when the IDP metadata provided both binding methods). To correct this issue, Campus SSO logic now defaults to use the HTTP-Redirect binding and only use HTTP-POST if HTTP-Redirect is not found.

Special Ed New Look Documents Sequencing Fix (SIS-166198)
An issue with the Parent/Guardian sequencing UI not matching the printed version has been fixed. Within the New Look of Infinite Campus, setting the Campus Portal language to something other than English, logging out and then logging into the Infinite Campus SIS was incorrectly causing the system to translate parts of the program in the non-english language the user had set for Campus Portal (since the user is using the same cookie). Arizona - CTE Reporting (SIS-156490)
A new process for reporting CTE information has been implemented. CTE data is now calculated through reported Ed-Fi resources. The following updates have been made:
- A new Section Student Detail tool is available on the Course Sections where a student's Career Readiness is tracked.
- A new CTE Batch Job for students in grades 9-12 has been added. Hours are only calculated for students who were scheduled into a courses where the Section Student Detail record has the Career Readiness field set to Yes.
- The Total CC CTE Credits field on the Enrollment record now allows for two digits before the decimal place and three digits after the decimal place (XX.XXX).

Logic for the following fields has been modified for the 21st CCLC Extract:
Dates of Class and Total Weeks to Date
- The start date and end date of the section now uses the roster dates of the students in the section, instead of the term start/end dates.
- The start date is the oldest roster start date and the end date is the newest roster end date.
- The number of weeks the course has been offered up to either the end date entered in the extract editor or the actual end date of the course also reports when the course end date is prior to the extract editor end date. When either date is not populated, the term date is used instead.
- For weeks, the number of weeks (Mon-Sun) is counted starting from the start date of the course through the end date that is entered in the extract editor or the course end date (when the course end date is prior to the extract editor end date).
Average Daily Attendance
This value counts the number of students who were present each day the section was offered from the start date of the section through the end date entered on the extract editor (or the end date of the section when it is before the extract editor date).
- A student is considered present when they have positive minutes recorded for the course on the given day.
- The start/end date of the section is determined by using the oldest roster start date and newest roster end date. When either date is not populated, the term dates are used instead.
- The counts for each day are summed, then divided by the number of days the section was offered from the start date of the section through the end date entered on the extract editor (or the end date of the section when it's earlier than the extract editor date). This value is then rounded down to the nearest whole number.

The CalGrant GPA Verification Extract now allows for juniors (11th grade students) who are graduating early to be included in the report. Only 10th grade scores count for juniors, while for seniors 10th and 11 grade scores count.
A new Grade Levels field has been added to select either 11th grade or 12th grade. Only one grade level can be selected at a time when generating the report.

Montana Test Accommodations and IEP Updates (SIS-166662)
An issue where the Montana Test Accommodations report was not displaying the District-Wide accommodations listed on plans has been fixed. This issue was only for plans created with the New Look of Campus.
The Content Area dropdown on the Statewide Assessment editor on the IEP is now required when users select the Assessment and Assessment Manner. The Support/Accommodation multi-select dropdown is also required when the user selected With Accommodation from the Assessment Manner dropdown.

Pennsylvania CTE Tool Database Update (SIS-165995)
Previously, four fields were added to the Pennsylvania CTE tool database table without a name constraint. The four fields are ASSOC Degree Awarded, Certificate Apprenticeship APP, BACCA Degree Awarded, and Certificate of Apprenticeship PRE. With this update, the existing contraints have been removed and new constraints have been added matching the standardized Campus naming format.
Also included in this update is the code description for the Assignment Code 2604 has been updated to Special Ed/Life Skills/Autistic/MultipleDisability Support on the District Employment tool.

Wisconsin Special Ed Updates (SIS-160378)
Validation on two fields has been updated on the Eligibility Report, including:
- "If yes, list exclusionary factors present" from the Speech or Language Impairment Checklist on the Eligibility Determination editor is now required when the corresponding checkbox is marked as Yes.
- Section III Educational Performance on the Intellectual Disability Checklist on the Eligibility Determination editor. At least one of the Yes/No questions must be answered.
A pagination update has also been applied to several editors on all three evaluation types and two plan types. Now only 8 entries display per page so users don't have to scroll to see further entries.
