Special Ed Documents images in WYSIWYG test fields added

Product Path: System Settings > Digital Repository > Digital Repository Preferences; Student Information > Special Ed > Special Ed Documents

All special ed users can now add images to WYSIWYG text fields in Special Education documents. These images also display on the printed documents. See the Enable image upload in text fields for Special Ed Documents article for additional information.

You can now import photos with two last names

Product Path: Student Information > General Student Administration > Photo Import

Mixed Mode Zipped File Mode in the Photo Import tool now allows uploading of people with two last names. Separation of names can be marked with a space or a hyphen. This mode will work for both staff and student photos.

Remove green loading dots for In Progress messages

Product Path: Communication > Messenger > Messenger 2.0

When users send a message using the Send Now option in Messenger 2.0, message information now appears immediately in the Progress tab. The temporary green loading indicators have been removed, providing faster feedback and greater confidence that messages are processing successfully.

Sent Message Log 2.0

Product Path: Communication > Messenger > Sent Message Log 2.0

Sent Message Log 2.0 will now be available to all districts with Messenger. 

Updates to Instruction videos:

Roster

Product Path: Instruction > Students > Roster AND Instruction > Reports > Roster

Roster videos have been updated to reflect changes made to the user interface and general functionality.

Instruction Settings 

Product Path: Instruction > User Menu > Instruction Settings

Video update to incorporate a new Instruction Setting to "Show All Present Confirmation." If this setting is enabled, a confirmation popup displays if all students are present when the user saves attendance.
