Moved Curriculum Metadata from Details Tab to Curriculum Editor (SIS-193515) [Enhancement]
Curriculum metadata has been relocated from the Details tab to the main Curriculum editor in a collapsible "About" section. This change consolidates curriculum information and makes the metadata easier to find and use. Curriculum metadata is primarily used when searching for curriculum in the Curriculum Library.

Google Drive Integration - Support New Permission Enforcement (SIS-194713) [Enhancement]
Google Drive is updating its permission enforcement - users will no longer be able to have less than full edit rights to a file that is in a folder that they own. This update ensures that file permissions are properly managed when transferring ownership between teachers and students, preventing potential access issues.
Note: Districts who use the Google Drive Integration must take this release to keep using the integration.

Classroom Integrations
LTI 1.1 End of Support - Warning Message (SIS-194943) [Enhancement]
A warning message has been added to the product regarding the upcoming discontinuation of support for LTI 1.1. The message informs users that Infinite Campus will stop supporting LTI 1.1 in December 2026 and encourages districts to transition to LTI 1.3. Users are advised to work with their vendor applications to remove existing LTI 1.1 connections and create new LTI 1.3 connections.

Google Drive Integration No Longer Requests YouTube Access (SIS-195067)
The Google Drive integration has been updated to remove the request for access to users' YouTube accounts. This permission is no longer needed to use the Google Drive integration.

Data Certifications
Data Certification Updates (SIS-191848) [Enhancement]
The following updates were made to Data Certification tooling:
- Data Validation Groups containing ad hoc filters are no longer available for use by Data Certification tools.
- A warning banner was added to inform certifiers when an event is not yet open for certification.
- A warning banner was added to inform certifiers when they have missed the certification date for an event, and inform them that they must request recertification to request an extension from the state.
- Once a user completes certification, the final Review Data workflow screen will no longer have a Submit Certification to State button as the user has already submitted their certification.
- Reviewers' Certified Status now shows as N/A instead of No for an event.
- Once a user has completed recertification of an event, their users status will now accurately show as ‘Certification Complete’
- For events with a Certification Level = School, the View Included Districts button will now show as View Included Schools and display each school name and associated district.
- Users were unable to add members to a category more than once, preventing a single person from being assigned to two or more schools. This issue was corrected.
- The Level filter on the Certification Category screen was not filtering properly. This issue was corrected.

The Combine Person Tool has been updated to correctly modify the District Residency information when combining student records. This resolves an issue where the tool was either freezing or returning an error when records were being combined.

Dependent Care Updates (SIS-194799) [Enhancement]
The following updates have been made to Dependent Care:
- The Student Records tool has moved to the Administration tool. Users with access to Student Records and Site Attendance in the Site Staff tool will have the same level of access to data and functionality. The Site Staff tool has been removed.
- A collapsible view for student Sessions has been added to the Student Records tool.
- Student Records now include a collapsible Account Balance view. This shows the current invoice balance and itemized invoice details.

Improved Messenger 2.0 Processing Display and Step 3 Workflow (SIS-192770) [Enhancement]
The Messenger 2.0 processing and sending workflow has been updated to provide a more streamlined experience when sending messages. Users will now be redirected to the Messenger 2.0 home page after initiating a message send, rather than waiting on Step 3. The message status will be visible under the 'In Progress' tab of the Upcoming Messages card, displaying as 'Processing' and then 'Sending' as it progresses. If a message fails during processing, it will be marked as 'Failed' with error details available via the 'View Details' button.

Resolved an issue where voice messages scheduled more than 20 minutes after the email portion of a combined message would not play the attached audio file.

Added a FAILEDREFUND status in the Payments Reporter for districts using Payrix to offset transactions, indicating when a refund has not been successfully processed.

Career Tech Education Program Tool Rights Issue (SIS-194203)
An issue was identified where users without the Student Information System (SIS) Product Security Role were unable to run Ad Hoc reports with Career and Technical Education (CTE) fields, even if they had the appropriate Career and Technical Education Tool Rights. This has been corrected to allow users with the proper CTE Tool Rights to run these reports without requiring the full SIS role.

A syncing issue related to changing a record's DIS Scope Year was identified that affected some programs that use the 'School Year' field. The issue has been resolved so that student program records sync to the State regardless of the Start/End Date values and/or the user selected 'School Year.'

Omitted Student Records Transfer tool rights have been added for various federal and state programs across multiple states. Programs include:

State Programs: 21st CCLC, Alternative Education, Crisis Event, CTE Participant, Funded Program, Dual Language Immersion, Dropout, Instruction Mode, and Pregnant & Parenting

Scheduling Board - NEW Semester-Based Scheduling Functionality (SIS-162897) [Enhancement]
The Scheduling Board has been enhanced to support semester-based scheduling, allowing for more flexible term and semester functionality. Schools can now:
- Use the Scheduling Board separately for each semester.
- Level courses and create student schedules for individual semesters.
- Adjust schedules between semesters based on student progress.
This improvement is particularly beneficial for schools with semester-long courses and significant student movement between semesters.

New Interface for Course Sections, Section Roster (SIS-182636) [Enhancement]
Course Sections and Section Roster has a new user interface to meet new technology standards and improve the overall look and feel of the Scheduling & Courses toolset.
Course Sections
- Scan the list of sections quickly to see assigned teachers, rooms, assigned term and period, total seats taken, and the assigned scheduling group.
- Edit details about an existing course section (with additional tool rights) and existing Responsive Scheduling sections.
- View the teacher's grade book and the teacher's seating charts (with additional tool rights).
- Add new sections for the selected course.
Section Rosters
- See active students, incoming students, and dropped students more easily. Flags, Health flags, IEP and PLP documents, and other documents are more visibly appealing, and easier to review.
- Additional student details - contact information, student identifiers, and the student's schedule for the day - can be viewed in the side panel that displays (with appropriate tool rights) when selecting the student.
- Staff can print the Section Roster, as well as edit the roster (with appropriate tool rights) through the Requests & Rosters tool.

Walk-In Scheduler - Load Button Not Loading Requests (SIS-193694)

California - Monthly Attendance Summary Report Enhancements (SIS-188611)
The Monthly Attendance Summary (MAS) report now includes additional sort options to sort by school rather than by District of Apportionment or Attendance Funding Category. Totals by school are now available.
Also, the MAS has been updated to only display the selected attendance category. Previously, all attendance categories were showing when a single option is chosen.
Logic for reporting the Enrollment Start Date and Enrollment End Date.
- The Enrollment End Date reports when the student is considered a Gap Loss. When the student not a Gap Loss, a blank value reports.
- The Enrollment Start Date reports when the student is considered a Gain. When the student is not a Gain, a blank value reports.

California - Attendance Recovery Nightly Process for Hours Earned Issue (SIS-193488)
A new System Preference has been added, Use Standard Recovery Calculation, for use with Attendance Recovery. This preference can be used by districts that rely on Section Attendance (students are marked as present, absent, or tardy) to track Attendance Recovery hours.
The default option is set to Yes, and only needs to be changed to No when directed by Infinite Campus.

California - Data Extract Utility Setup for CCGI Extracts (SIS-194105)
The five California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) -Course Catalog, Course Grade Data Element, Student Data Element, Test Grade Data Element, and High School Graduate Data Element - can now be sent through the Data Extract Utility using a stored procedure that generates the required extracts. A Manifest file is also produced that lists all files being sent.

The SIF extended element 'STEMPar' was added to StudentSchoolEnrollment as part of the Campus.2551 release. In preparation for reporting this new element, a STEM Program checkbox has been added to the State Defined section of the Course Information and Course Master Information tools. This allows districts to mark courses associated with the STEM grant program. Students enrolled in these marked courses will be considered STEM participants.
A STEM Program checkbox has also been added under the State Defined section of the Section Information tool as an override option.

The logic for reporting resolutions was updated on the SIRS Student Infraction Response extract to only report resolutions that are either mapped to a State Resolution Code of ISS or OSS, or where the IAES Response Code is not blank.

North Carolina - PMR FATAL-26 Validation Rule Updated (SIS-195264)
The FATAL-26 data validation rule has been updated to check for Calendar Day events labeled as AD: Abbreviated Day.
When a student is marked absent on an abbreviated day, those attendance minutes are not included in the FATAL-26 calculation. Rather, the first instructional day that is NOT abbreviated or is null is used for the remainder of the FATAL-26 checks.
