Activity Registration Cart Item Removal (SIS-189616)
Resolved an issue where removed Activity Registration cart items were incorrectly showing as "In Progress" in Ad Hoc reports.

Assessments
Test Score Field Updates (SIS-175819)
When the ‘Invalid’ Test Score field was included in an import mapping, ‘0’ was saved to the database despite the value in the import file. The following updates were implemented to address this issue:
- Added ‘Invalid’ to the Test Score Attribute/Dictionary to allow it to be visible or hidden on the list of available score fields.
- Updated the import logic to look for:

- "TRUE", "T", or "1"

- “FALSE", "F" or "0”

- All other values generate an error in the report.

Inconsistent Order of Proficiency Status Rows (SIS-177137)

Parent Test Raw Scores Not Displaying on Portal (SIS-180253)
When 'Raw Score' was selected for Parent and Child Tests in the Assessment Center, and 'Display in Portal' was enabled, the Raw Score was displayed for Child Tests but not for the Parent Test. This issue has been corrected. When a user selects Raw Score to Display in Portal, the data displays for both the Parent and Child Test(s). Selections made at the Parent level carry down to the Child level(s). This applies to the Campus Parent and Campus Student portals.

Additional Learning Tool Integration Workflow for Assignments (SIS-190463)
LTI connections using the LTI 1.3 version of the specification have been updated to accommodate an alternative content selection workflow needed by some digital learning partners. Normally, a teacher selects a piece of content to link it to an assignment. For partners who use the alternate workflow, the link to the partner is created first and teachers must then save the assignment and then select the specific piece of content to link to.

Campus Data Validation Rules (SIS-190514)
Implemented the following enhancements and bug fixes for Data Validation Rules owned by Campus:
- Fixed an issue where transcript rules were erroring.
- Fixed an issue where the Contacts Who Have Accessed the Portal rule was incorrectly reporting relationships as Portal.
- Added the string used to compare records in the Contacts Who Have Similar Names rule.
- Condensed the People in More than 2 Households, People With the Same SSN, and People Who Have Unusual Characters in Their Name rules to have one result per student instead of one result per relationship with the student."

The following updates have been made to Dependent Care:
- A student’s schedule, Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup UP, and Discounts are read-only after a session has expired.
- Filters with drop-lists now offer a blank selection option. This allows a filter to be cleared without having to reset all the filters.
- Filters in Student Records have been updated to allow for blank spaces before or after the typed-in filter.

Grading Setup
Standards Import - humanCodingScheme (SIS-189293)
Previously, the standards import failed if a standard had a humanCodingScheme element that exceeded 100 characters, as it tried to import this field into the Abbreviation field, which has a 40-character limit. Logic has been updated so that if the value imported into the Abbreviation field exceeds 40 characters, the value will be truncated as follows: first 17 characters + ... + last 20 characters.

Recipient Counts Before Sending Messages in Messenger 2.0 (SIS-190166)
Added recipient counts modal that appears after pressing 'Send' in Messenger 2.0, showing the number of unique recipients for each delivery mode and the total number of people included in the recipient list. A recipient report CSV can be generated from this modal for more detailed recipient information prior to sending.

The logic for determining whether a new staff record is created with the Staff Locator tool was updated to the following:
- When multiple people share a staff state ID number, the system checks for the one with an exact match, chooses that person to associate with the new District Assignment, and updates accordingly.
- In instances where several people have the same number of differences as the person being searched, and none of them have an exact match, then the system will create a new person and assign them this District Assignment.
This update attempts to prevent the combining of persons who may not be the same.

The iNHDEX reporting tool was updated to include an Enrollment Transfers extract type to report students who were previously reported on the current school year Enrollment submission and have since left the school. Students who leave school during the academic year must be reported before the next Enrollment submission is reported.
The reporting population logic was updated for the Summer Graduates and Withdrawals extract. Students who are identified as having withdrawn during the summer (automatic summer withdrawals) are those who completed the previous school year's calendar but are not enrolled in the current school year's calendar at any school within the site.

North Carolina - CTE Extract Updates (SIS-188742)
The following updates have been made to the CTE Extract:
- The Pathway Credits Required field reports the number of credits required for the student's assigned Academic Program. This only reports when the Include Pathway Details checkbox is marked on the Extract Editor. When the Program Name is CTE Participant 1237, this field reports blank.
- Youth with Parents in Active Military* reports whether the student has been identified as having parents in the active military. A value of Y reports when:
- The Military Status field on Impact Aid Employment is Active Duty OR Active Guard & Reserves;
- AND Relationship Type is Guardian, Father, Mother, Step Father, or Step Mother;
- AND Impact Aid Employment Start Date is on or before the effective date of the report;
- AND the Impact Aid Employment End Date is on or after the effective date of the report.
- Report Logic now requires the Enrollment Start Date to be before the effective date of the report AND the Enrollment End Date to be blank or before the effective date.
- The School Year field reports the School Year in which the student achieved Concentrator status in their assigned Academic Program. This reports when the Student Status is Concentrator and the End Date of the program is populated. The Calendar Year range (20XX-20XX) reports that includes the program end date.
- Only primary enrollments are included in the report. Enrollments with a local Start Status of X1: Cross-Enrollment are excluded.

Wisconsin Immunization Update (SIS-184932)
Grandfathered compliance rules for 8th-grade students were added for the Meningococcal vaccine. Additional No Requirement and In Process rules were also added to account for newly enrolled students. See the Wisconsin Immunization Rules article for additional information.

Wisconsin Special Ed Plan Updates (SIS-186342)
New print formats are now available for the Wisconsin Individual Education Plan and Individual Service Plan, WI IEP 2025 and WI ISP 2025. Several updates were made to the validation logic and verbiage on the printed plans.

- The Student Parent resource has been replaced with the Student Contact Associations resource.
- The CTE ProgramServices array has been added to the Student CTE Program Associations resource.
- The gradingPeriodName element has been added to the Grading Periods resource.
- The natural key reference in the Grades resource has been updated to report gradingPeriodName instead of periodSequence.
- The Student School Associations resource now includes the nextYearGradeLevelDescriptor, nextYearSchoolID, nextYearSchoolReference, and schoolChoice elements.
- The enrollmentTypeDescriptor has been added to the main object in the Student School Associations resource.
- The repeatGradeIndicator, expectedTransferSchoolReference, expectedTransferLocalEducationAgencyReference, and privateSchoolChoiceProgramParticipant elements have been removed from the Student School Associations resource.
- The SpecialEducationExitReasonDescriptor element has replaced the reasonExitedDescriptor in the Student Special Education Program Associations resource.
- The Student Special Education Program Eligibility Program Associations resource has been moved to the Core specification.
- The Student Section 504 Program Associations resource has been added for Ed-FI reporting.
- The Section 504 reporting has been removed from the Student Program Associations resource.
- The Programs reference has been moved to the main object, and the homeroom indicator element has been added to the Student Section Associations resource.
- The Staff Education Organization Contact Associations resource has been added for Ed-Fi reporting.
