This article compares the old version of the Seating Charts tool with the new one to show where functions have moved in the new system.
The Seating Chart tool was recently redesigned and is currently in a limited release to avoid disruption at the end of the school year. If a district is interested in this new functionality for training and planning purposes, submit a request with Campus Support to have the new functionality enabled.
Note: the change will apply to the entire district. Once new Seating Charts are enabled, a district cannot go back to the previous Seating Charts tool.
Seating Chart options have been renamed as follows:
