Scheduling Board

When loading courses, a new Filter by Ad hoc option is available in the Load Settings Side Panel. Select a previously built filter to load course requests. Use this option to load specific groups of students - a filter with a list of twelfth graders, or a group of Special Education students. See the Load Settings Side Panel section of the Scheduling Board article for more information.
A banner has been added to the Scheduling Board when opening the active trial in the active school year, alerting the user to proceed with caution when making changes. Opening the active trial in the current school year AFTER the start of that school year should be done with extreme caution. See the Active Year Notice section of the Scheduling Board Trials article for more information.
Assessment Import Updates
Product Path: Student Information > Assessment Administration > Assessment Center
The Assessment Center score importer has been enhanced to support vertical file imports, in addition to the existing horizontal file format. Vertical files allow for one score per row with multiple rows per student, while horizontal files have one row per student containing all scores. The "Apply to All" feature is only visible and functional for Horizontal orientation. Additionally, unique assessment names within an assessment "family" are now required to save new or modify existing assessments. These improvements facilitate the direct import of vertical score files from the national assessment vendors, eliminating the need for manual conversion.

Custom Forms Versioning
Product Path: Student Information > General Student Administration > Custom Form Setup
Users can now create versions of all custom form types: Blank, Interactive, and Interactive with Database Table. This allows users to correct typos, update details for state or district changes, create an updated form for the next school year, etc., and retain a previous version of the form.
Copy into My Curriculum
Product Path: Instruction > Curriculum > Curriculum > Copy (Anywhere users can access the Curriculum Copier)
The My Curriculum tool has been improved to allow users to copy their existing curriculum that is aligned to a section into My Curriculum. This copy process is done using the Curriculum Copier, selecting the Section as the Source and My Curriculum as the Destination.
Online Registration Setup for Enrollment (New)
Product Path: System Settings > Online Registration Setup > OLR Setup, Census > Open Enrollment > Application
An Online Registration Configuration can be created to collect data for Open Enrollment applications. The Online Registration Setup for Open Enrollment Video demonstrates how to create a short form OLR configuration for Open Enrollment.

Messenger 2.0 Call Changing Order Updates

The order Voxology dials phone numbers when sending messages has been updated.
Activity Registration Update
Product Path: Student Information > Activity Registration > Activity Monitor

Districts can now use the Digital Learning Application Configuration tool to create a connection to CERS. A Campus Learning License is not required. See the CERS Configuration (California) article for more information.
