Tool Search: Programs Fact
The Programs Fact tool tracks involvement in a particular Program for the selected calendar. It includes a state participation code, exit reason and provider name.
Specific setup is required for students participating in a Rule 18 Interim-Program School program. See the Nebraska Rule 18 Interim-Program School Reporting article for additional information.

Programs Fact Detail
The following fields are available on the Program Fact editor.

Program Name Required | Indicates the name of the program. | programFact.programName |
| Participation Info Code | Indicates the state-assigned code for the program. | programFact.participation InfoCode |
| Exit Reason | Indicates the reason the student ended participation in the program. | programFact.exitReason |
| Provider Name | Lists the name of the provider or institution managing the program. | programFact.providerName |
| State Location ID | Lists the identification number of the provider. | programFact.stateLocationID |
Add a Programs Fact Record
- Click the Add Programs Fact button. A Programs Fact editor displays.
- Enter the applicable information for the student.
- Click the Save button when finished. The saved record displays in the Programs Fact summary.
