The 015 District Bus extract reports bus demographic details to EIS.

Report Logic
A record reports for each unique Bus Number.
Records are excluded if multiple buses have the same Number or if the Number is greater than 6 characters. These records are included in the warning report.
Recommended District Setup
The Inspected by TN Dept of Safety field in this extract is reported based on the Date of Last TN Dept of Safety Inspection entered on the bus record. The inspection date is deemed current based on the Start and End Dates of the Calendar.
Campus does not require that bus numbers be unique, but numbers should be unique for reporting purposes. Duplicate number are included in the warning report.
The following fields report as whole numbers and should be rounded as applicable:
- Daily Miles One Way AM
- Total Number of Accidents
- Personal Injury Accidents
- Property Damage Accidents
- Treated and Released
- Hospitalized Overnight or Longer
- Fatalities On Board
- Fatalities Off Board
- Total Number of Safety Complaints
State-specific fields on the Buses tab are not available in Ad hoc Reporting.
The Record Key, which helps determine the Type of record sent (New, Edit, or Delete), is comprised of the Record ID, Record Version, District ID, School Year, and Bus Number.
