Attendance bug fixes (SIS-202848)
Multiple bugs have been addressed:
- Cross-Site attendance is now being sent to the serving school on the last day
- School/calendar name is now appearing on the ADA/ADM Report - CSV
- Kentucky - Student Profile Attendance Report is correctly summing same-day absences in a primary and secondary enrollment
- Kentucky - The Tardy code is now properly aligned on the Attendance Profile Report

Recording attendance for Cross-Site Enrollment students with ended Serving School rosters (SIS-202886)
Attendance could not be entered at a student's home school when the student had a previously ended Cross-Site Enrollment (CSE) roster at a serving school. This has been corrected.
The attendance validation process now considers roster start and end dates, preventing inactive serving school enrollments from incorrectly blocking attendance entry at the home school.

Calendar
Calendar Rollover causes future courses to be inactive (SIS-202071)
The calendar rollover process has been updated to prevent future courses from being marked as inactive. This issue was disrupting course schedules for the upcoming academic year.

Student list in Instruction Reports (SIS-192199)
Previously, the Student List in various Instruction reports listed some students as inactive when they had an active roster record in the section, if the student had dropped and then re-added the section. This issue has been corrected.

Classroom Integrations
Hide OAuth 2.0 Client Secrets for LTI and OneRoster (SIS-189889) [Enhancement]
Logic for viewing the Client Secrets for connections using OAuth 2.0 has been updated to improve security. For LTI, the client secret is no longer shown at all. For OneRoster, a new "View Secret" workflow has been added to explicitly display the client secret when the user needs to view it.

Several updates were made to how Custom Modules function:

- Contact Log-only Custom Modules are no longer available as a Screen Location option in the Custom Attribute Dictionary.

- General Enrollments (ONLY enrollments entered as part of a district's standard enrollment process)
- Enrollment History enrollments (ONLY manually entered enrollments that capture historical enrollments not part of a district's normal enrollment process, indicated by the word "history")
Additionally, State Edition users will be able to print the Enrollment History Report by District or State grade level code, including or excluding enrollment history.

Custom Forms initiated from Portal and Student Form Center tool added (SIS-145578) [Enhancement]
Custom Forms can be configured to allow guardians and students to initiate the form process in the Portal. This includes new settings in the Custom Forms Setup tool. Form statuses were also updated to clarify those requiring intervention. See the Forms article for the new statuses and status groupings.
In addition, a new Student Form Center tool was added as a centralized dashboard for forms. This tool allows form administrators to easily find forms that require intervention, including those initiated from the Portal.
Also, with this update, all custom form tools were moved to a new folder location in the UI: Student Information > Custom Forms and Custom Modules. This includes the Custom Form Batch Setup, Custom Form Setup, Custom Module Setup, and Student Form Center tools.

Records Transfer Regression Fix (SIS-202840)
The code changes introduced in release 2639 to address a Records Transfer issue caused a regression, resulting in increased database server load for some districts. The regression is due to a change in the query's WHERE clause, which has become less efficient.
The issue has been addressed by restoring a more efficient query structure to improve system performance.

Error message when a user without delete rights changes a student to 'No Team'
Users without delete rights for the Student Schedule tool could successfully assign a student to a Scheduling Team, but received an error message when changing the student's team assignment back to No Team.
This has been corrected, and users can now remove a team assignment and return a student to No Team without needing delete rights to the Student Schedule tool.

Edits to Custom CSP Cause Form Errors (SIS-184792)
Edits to the custom Content Security Policy (CSP) configuration can cause form errors to appear in the "Application CSP" and "Portal CSP" sections of the tool. The errors state "cannot use words defined in the Campus directive or default campus directives" and occur regardless of the actual values entered in these fields.
This issue has been addressed to ensure that form errors appear only when invalid data is entered in the specified fields.

This object allows districts to query student enrollment calendars, first instructional days, school lunch provision information, and the latest FRAM eligibility/certification details (including future-dated records) for the active school year. Saved filters created with this object can be used in the Federal/State Program Update Wizard to mass-assign At Risk program participation records prior to generating the Student Interchange – Student Demographic extract.

Ohio – Student Assessment (FA) updates (SIS-200488)
Several updates were made to the Student Assessment (FA) extract:
- The report population logic for the GX Assessment Type was updated so that the assessment setup and the student’s test of record may have a blank grade level and still report the 09-12th-grade student assessment record.
- An issue with generating the CL Assessment Type was fixed.
- On the CSV file format, the filler and name fields were removed to match the 26-27 state requirements.

Ohio – Dictionary description updates (SIS-202113) [Enhancement]
The descriptions for the Primary Disability and Retained Status values were updated for Ohio.

Ohio – Student Discipline (GD) extract update (SIS-202400)
Several updates were made to the Student Discipline (GD) extract:
- The logic for reporting Discipline Reason 1 was updated to report the mapped State Event Code based on the event to which the resolution of record is connected, or blank.
- Discipline Reason (2-5) fields were updated to report blank (all records).
- The logic for reporting resolutions that occur within the current reporting year were updated to return consistently when the End Date on the offender's Resolution was left blank.
- Additional logic to report carry-over resolutions spanning multiple school years was added.
- The logic for reporting the Total Discipline Days (data element 20) was updated to report the calculated value to the hundredths place.
- The CSV file format was updated to exclude HTML-only and filler fields.

Ohio – Test option added and Student Assessment Fact (FA) report update (SIS-202429)
A new option, MD: Mathematics Diagnostic, was added to the Assessment Type dropdown on the Test Setup tool. The Student Assessment (FA) extract was updated to report the new MD assessment type.

Oklahoma
Oklahoma – SIF Unity Student Participation updates for Tutoring program (SIS-203166)

The Program Availability field has been enabled for the Tutoring program. Values have also been added to the Program Placement Reason field in the Tutoring program.

Oregon – Updates to Discipline Incidents, SCED Course ID, Special Ed Settings (SIS-197251)
The following updates have been made to meet state requirements:
- A new code has been added to Behavior Event Type - 3700: Weapon Possession
- Weapon Code 0099: Unknown Weapon has been removed.
- SCED Course Codes have been updated.
- Special Ed Setting Code ECSE: Other Setting has been deactivated.

Pennsylvania – Primary Language and District of Enrollment dictionary updates (SIS-199884)
The Primary Language and District of Enrollment dictionary values were updated for Pennsylvania. The character limit for the Name field in the Language dictionary was also updated to 50 characters.

South Dakota
South Dakota – Graduation Endorsements added to Enrollment Extract, Upload (SIS-202096)
The new values for Graduation Endorsement/State Seals - 4: State Seal of Biliteracy - Gold and 5: State Seal of Biliteracy - Silver - have now been added to the South Dakota Enrollments Extract and the South Dakota Upload Wizard.

Texas – Ed-Fi-New field added to Student Education Organization Associations (SIS-200856)
Added a new ‘ArmedForcesQualificationTestScore’ field to the Student Education Organization Associations resource in Texas. It indicates the score the student received on the Armed Forces Qualification Test (AFQT), which determines basic eligibility for service in the US military. If the student has an assessment with the National Code = ASVAB and the Test Date is within the Scope Year, the Scale Score is reported.

It indicates whether a parent or guardian, after initially opting out of an Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) referral to the local education agency (LEA), subsequently requested a referral fewer than 90 calendar days prior to the child's third birthday:
- If ECI Referral Reinitiated Indicator = selected, report true. Otherwise, the field does not report.

- The Remote Course Indicator field was removed from the F Record.

Virginia – Gifted program status code update and conversion (SIS-202373)
