| Report Options | ||
| Year Selector Required | The year in which to run the report. Only one year can be selected. This defaults to the year selected in the Campus toolbar. When "All Years" is selected in the toolbar, this dropdown defaults to null. |  The Report Options on the ND Indicator Reports extract editor. |
| Grouping | Narrows the report results to either report by Serving District or by Special Education Unit. This defaults to the Serving District option. | |
| District *Required | Selection narrows the report results to students in that Serving District. Multiple districts can be selected. Click Select All to add all districts to the report results and Clear All to clear the selection. *This field is available and required when the Serving District option is selected as the Grouping. | |
| Special Education Unit *Required | Selection narrows the report results to students in that Special Education Unit. Multiple units can be selected. Click Select All to add all Special Education Units to the report results and Clear All to clear the selection. *This field is available and required when the Special Education Unit option is selected as the Grouping. | |

| Ad hoc Filter | Selecting a pre-existing filter narrows the report results to only students matching that filter. See the Filter Designer article for additional information. | |

| Report Processing | Choose when to generate the report. The options are Generate Now or Submit to Batch Queue. Additional Queue Options display when Submit to Batch Queue is selected. Submitting to the Batch Queue is useful when generating reports for several calendars or for large volumes of reported data. When selected, users can view report generation progress in the Batch Queue Results section. | Format Type | Determines in which format the report is generated. The only option is CSV. | |
Generate an Indicator report
- Select the school year from the Year Selector dropdown.
- Select the reporting group from the Grouping dropdown. Options are Serving District or Special Education Unit.
- When "Serving District" is selected as the Grouping, select which district(s) to include in the report from the District multi-select field. The Special Education Unit field is not available when "Serving District" is selected as the Grouping.
- When "Special Education Unit" is selected as the Grouping, select which special education locations to include in the report from the Special Education Unit multi-select field. The District field is not available when the "Special Education Unit" is selected as the Grouping.
- Select which report to generate from the Report Type dropdown. Only one report can be generated at a time.
- Optional: Select a pre-existing Ad hoc Filter to narrow report results.
- Choose when to generate the report: either Generate Now or Submit to Batch Queue.
- The CSV output option is already selected. The only Format Type available at this time is CSV.
- Click Generate.
