The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for August and September 2026. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2639 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Converted Seating Charts (SIS-202180)
Previously, a conversion issue caused some teachers' seating charts to display in a compacted format, with desks overlapping. This issue occurred when a district moved from a Campus release prior to Campus.2619 to one after Campus.2623. With this fix, pre-existing charts are no longer compacted when a district takes a release after Campus.2623.

Ed-Fi – Attendance State Code attributes (SIS-201766)
A core standard dictionary has been enabled for AttendanceExcuse > State Code, allowing districts using a Core Ed-Fi connection to map attendance codes and report attendance through Ed-Fi. The new attribute will need to be un-hidden for customers that did not already have it and want to use it for Core Ed-Fi reporting.

Pennsylvania 26-27 report updates (SIS-201309)
Several updates were made to Pennsylvania's reports for the 26-27 school year:
- On the PIMS Student Template and Student Snapshot Template, several data elements were added: 227: Not Collected, 228: KEYSTONE WINTER ASSESSMENT, 229: KEYSTONE SPRING ASSESSMENT, and 230: KEYSTONE SUMMER ASSESSMENT. Logic for reporting the 209: Foster Care data element was also updated.
- The list of Behavior Injury and Event Codes was updated to report on the PIMS Incident Offender extract.
- Several new fields were added to the PIMS Incident Offender Infraction Template: 8: Not Collected, 9: Not Collected, 10: Not Collected, and 11: AI Generated or Modified Media.

The Parents resource was failing to send, generating numerous Student Parent Association errors and preventing successful data posting to the Ed-Fi ODS. The Parents Ed-Fi ID population logic has been updated to properly handle this error condition and generate a new Ed-Fi ID when needed.
A resync of the Parents resource is required as part of this update.

North Carolina - PMR Updates (SIS-201769)
The following updates have been made to the PMR Report:
- In the Official Submission workflow for submitting the PMR Summary, student-specific details from the ADA Summary, ADM Summary, and race/sex data are now included in the snapshot for the PMR Detail. The PMR Detail snapshot does not sync to State Edition.
- A Batch Queue error has been corrected that related to an incorrect numeric value.
- Performance has been optimized when generating the PMR Summary at State Edition.
- PMR Validations only generate when the report is generated at District Edition.
- Preview mode now shows generated data without saving.
- Review previously overwrote verifiedByID and verifiedTamestamp after submission. Now submitted data is not updated.
- The Review error message 'No PMR Summary snapshot exists' now displays when triggered.
- Submit previously was able to submit unreviewed snapshot data. Now only verified records are submitted.
- The Submit error message ' NO PMR Summary snapshot exists' now displays when triggered.

Delaware-CTE updates (SIS-201157)
CIP and CTE Program of Study codes associated with previously created records were incorrectly updated in the Campus.2627 release. To correct this issue, conversion scripts were implemented to restore affected records.
The CIP and CTE Program of Study codes for prior school years have been reverted to their original values, ensuring historical records accurately reflect the program information reported before the Campus.2627 changes. New codes were added where applicable.

North Carolina - State ID assignment with pending status (SIS-193820)
An issue where students with a state ID in a pending status could not complete enrollment through the Student Locator Wizard has been resolved. This was also preventing other students from being assigned a state ID or enrolled.
Enrollments can now be completed even when a student's state ID remains in a pending status, though a UID will not be assigned at that time. Users can subsequently navigate to the student's Demographics record and select Assign NC Student ID to retry the assignment. Students may temporarily remain in a pending state ID status, but the issue can now be resolved directly in the user interface without back-end intervention.

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Contacts sync fails with duplicate address error (SIS-201139)
The Contacts resource failed to sync, resulting in a duplicate address validation error when the guardian has multiple households on the same street with different apartment numbers. The logic for the ‘streetNumberName’ data element has been updated in the Contacts and Student Education Organization Associations resources to resolve this issue:
- Append “ Apt” (text) + Apt (field) to the end if the Apt field has a value.
- Make sure that a space is present between the original value and the "Apt #".
- Only append "Apt #" is a value is present in the Apt field.
A resync of the Contacts and Student Education Organization Associations resources is required for this update.

Localization - Massachusetts
Massachusetts - SIF end-of-year reporting updates (SIS-201546)
Regulated changes have been made to address issues with Massachusetts SIF end-of-year data reporting:
- The override field is no longer sent in addition to the section placement terms, which was causing duplicate term errors at the state. Now, either the override or the section placement terms will be sent, not both
- The code for StaffAssignment has been updated to prevent the improper deletion of section records where all students have left the section before the state reporting date. The reporting date is now correctly set to the fall state reporting date of 10/1.
