The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for August and September 2026. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2639 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Attendance could not be entered at a student's home school when the student had a previously ended Cross-Site Enrollment (CSE) roster at a serving school. This has been corrected.
The attendance validation process now considers roster start and end dates, preventing inactive serving school enrollments from incorrectly blocking attendance entry at the home school.

This status is for students enrolled in a Standard Day Program for less than 50% of the instructional school day to meet graduation requirements by the end of the school year. Students with this status are not included in membership.

North Carolina - PMR Extract Editor Updates (SIS-202493)
The following updates have been made to the PMR Extract Editor:
- Users can now select multiple schools and generate PMR Summary data for all selected schools in a single action.
- Users can now review PMR Summary data across multiple schools simultaneously.
- A validation has been added to prevent selecting calendars from multiple school years when generating or reviewing data.
- A new Preview button has been added to support preview mode when snapshot data is not available.
- An error message now displays when calendars from more than one school year are selected for Generate or Review.
- During generation, validation checks run for all selected schools before snapshot data is created.
- Users are notified when one or more selected schools have already submitted PMR Summary data and cannot generate a new snapshot.
- Users are notified when reviewing a school that does not have generated snapshot data available.
- PMR Summary submissions continue to require a single school selection. Users attempting to submit multiple schools receive an error message.
- Additional submission validations notify users when snapshot data has not been generated or reviewed before submission.

The following fields have updated logic:
- Section 504 Current Status (field 19): Reports 1 when the student has a 504 plan active on the extract's Effective Date (start date is on/before the effective date and the end date is on/after the effective date, or end date is blank). Reports 0 when no active plan exists on the effective date.
- Section 504 Year Status (Field 20): Reports 1 when the plan start date is on/before the school year end date and the end date is blank or on/after the school year start date; otherwise reports 0.
- Homeless Status (Field 25): Reports 1 when the student has a homeless record active at any point during the school year (start date on/before the school year end date and end date is blank or on/after the school year start date); otherwise reports 0.
- Military Connected (Field 33): Reports 1 when parent is considered Active Duty at any point during the school year. When a parent/guardian becomes active duty during the school year, the field updates to 1 and remains 1 for the entirety of the school year.

Colorado - At Risk FRAM Audit Data Ad hoc object for Student Demographics reporting (SIS-202375)
To assist Colorado districts in meeting the updated Student Demographic reporting requirements for student At Risk status calculations, a new Ad hoc object, CO At Risk FRAM Audit Data, is available in the Filter Designer.
This object allows districts to query student enrollment calendars, first instructional days, school lunch provision information, and the latest FRAM eligibility/certification details (including future-dated records) for the active school year. Saved filters created with this object can be used in the Federal/State Program Update Wizard to mass-assign At Risk program participation records prior to generating the Student Interchange – Student Demographic extract.
Users must have tool rights to the FRAM Eligibility Report to access the CO At Risk FRAM Audit Data object.

- A Batch Queue error has been corrected that related to an incorrect numeric value.
- Performance has been optimized when generating the PMR Summary at State Edition.

- Preview mode now shows generated data without saving.
- Review previously overwrote verifiedByID and verifiedTamestamp after submission. Now submitted data is not updated.

CIP and CTE Program of Study codes associated with previously created records were incorrectly updated in the Campus.2627 release. To correct this issue, conversion scripts were implemented to restore affected records.
The CIP and CTE Program of Study codes for prior school years have been reverted to their original values, ensuring historical records accurately reflect the program information reported before the Campus.2627 changes. New codes were added where applicable.

North Carolina - State ID assignment with pending status (SIS-193820)
An issue where students with a state ID in a pending status could not complete enrollment through the Student Locator Wizard has been resolved. This was also preventing other students from being assigned a state ID or enrolled.
Enrollments can now be completed even when a student's state ID remains in a pending status, though a UID will not be assigned at that time. Users can subsequently navigate to the student's Demographics record and select Assign NC Student ID to retry the assignment. Students may temporarily remain in a pending state ID status, but the issue can now be resolved directly in the user interface without back-end intervention.

BIE-Montana Kindergarten Grade Level Code Updated (SIS-200934)
The Kindergarten (KG) state grade level code is now available in the State Grade Level Code drop-down list for BIE schools in Montana. This update aligns BIE grade level options with the changes introduced in SIS-187747.

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Guardian requirement removed from Contacts resource (SIS-201672)
The requirement in the Contacts resource that the related person needs to be a guardian (rp.guardian = 1) has been removed. Contacts include all people related to the student, not just guardians.
A resync of the Contacts and Student Contact Associations resources is required for this update.

Delaware-Ed-Fi-Contacts sync fails with duplicate address error (SIS-201139)
The Contacts resource failed to sync, resulting in a duplicate address validation error when the guardian has multiple households on the same street with different apartment numbers. The logic for the ‘streetNumberName’ data element has been updated in the Contacts and Student Education Organization Associations resources to resolve this issue:
- Append “ Apt” (text) + Apt (field) to the end if the Apt field has a value.
- Make sure that a space is present between the original value and the "Apt #".
- Only append "Apt #" is a value is present in the Apt field.
A resync of the Contacts and Student Education Organization Associations resources is required for this update.

Localization - Massachusetts
Massachusetts - SIF end-of-year reporting updates (SIS-201546)
Regulated changes have been made to address issues with Massachusetts SIF end-of-year data reporting:
- The override field is no longer sent in addition to the section placement terms, which was causing duplicate term errors at the state. Now, either the override or the section placement terms will be sent, not both
- The code for StaffAssignment has been updated to prevent the improper deletion of section records where all students have left the section before the state reporting date. The reporting date is now correctly set to the fall state reporting date of 10/1.

The value of the EducationOrganizationId data element on the Staff Education Organization Employment Associations Ed-Fi resource was updated to report from the OrgID associated with the reporting school, which is a numeric value rather than an alphanumeric value. The trigger logic for this resource was also updated
