The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for October 2022. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2247 pack unless otherwise noted.

Changes made to the Gifted and Talented Program Participation in Minnesota (released in Campus.2243) were preventing records from saving in other states. This has been corrected.

California - Incorrect Count for Monthly Attendance Summary, Monthly Attendance Register (SIS-160928)
The following updates have been made to the Monthly Attendance Summary:
- Total Grades now reports the correct count of all grades included in the report.
- IS now reports the correct totals for Independent Study students.
- Gap Gains and Gap Losses now includes ALL students who start on the first day or end on the last day of the school month.
The following updates have been made to the Monthly Attendance Register:
- Independent Study Days counted for Apportionment (Code ISC) now reports for days that are ISC.
- ISC Codes now show for the days where it is the most common attendance code.
- The legend of attendance codes now includes ALL attendance codes, including Tardy. It also includes the assigned Attendance State Code to indicate whether one is assigned. If there is no state code, an asterisk displays.

Previously, for parent/guardians with students at multiple schools, if Contact Preferences were not enabled for any of the schools or any of the schools did not have Display Options established, Contact Preferences sometimes did not display for all of the parent/guardian's students.

Massachusetts – SIF StudentPersonal Bug Fixes (SIS-160815)
The following bug fixes were made for the SIF StudentPersonal object:
- The Address element was updated to report all address elements and only report 5 digits for the zip code.
- The LEPStudentsInTheirFirstYearInUSSchools element was updated so that if a student is in Kindergarten and their EL identified date is more than one year ago, a value of 02 is reported. Logic was updated to use the state reported date, instead of the current date, when calculating the year.

Special Characters Removed from Existing Menu Items and Categories (SIS-160535)
In a previous update, special characters were restricted from being used in the names of menu items and categories via the Custom Tool Placement Editor. As a follow-up, this case contains a script which when run, removes any and all special characters from existing menu items and categories and replaces them with a space.

Using Infinite Campus as an IDP Incorrectly Generating Insecure Warning (SIS-160932)
In load balanced environments, attempting to log into a 3rd party app using Infinite Campus as the IDP was generating a warning indicating the request is not secure. Updates were made to correct this issue.

Pennsylvania Special Education Template Report Updates (SIS-159861)
Updates to the Special Education Template include two report changes: The Amount of Special Education Services field (field 15) now reports from the checkboxes on the Educational Placement editor on the IEP 2021, 2021.2, and 20222 print formats. The Type of Support field (field 17) now reports from the Primary Support dropdown on the Educational Placement editor on the IEP 2021, 2021.2, and 20222 print formats.

- If value is > 0, report the value entered in "Staff Actual Attendance"
- Else, if the district employment end date is before the first instructional day of the calendar, report 0

Idaho Evaluation Fix (SIS-160503)
An issue where the Specify EC Late Determination Reason field on the Eligibility Determination editor and Adverse Effect on Education Performance field on the Summary of Evidence editor were overwriting each other has been fixed. This fix applies to the ID ESR Reevaluation 2022 and ID ESR SLD 2022 formats.

Michigan - MSDS Extract Update (SIS-160167)
The General Collection, SRM, Early Childhood, and Early Roster extracts have been updated so that the Contacts component only reports Contact types of Father, Mother, or Other and the ElectronicMailAddress field if the student has a locked IFSP that is active within the Previous Count Date and Count Date. The General Collection, SRM, and Early Childhood extracts have also been updated to require a locked IFSP active during the extract date range to report the email if the AddressTypeDescriptor is Mother, Father, or Other.

Logic for the SIF StudentSchoolEnrollment/ELLProgramStatus element has been updated to the following:
- If a student has an EL record where the Identified date is on or before the current date and the Program Exit date is null or the Program Exit Date is on or after the current date, use following logic
- Pull the EL Services record where the start date is before or equal to the current date and complete the following logic:
- If Parent Refused services is checked and Date Refused is before or equal to the current date, report 04
- Else, if Start Date is before or equal to the current date and End Date is null or greater than or equal to the current date
- Report EL Service Type code (01, 02, 03 or 05)
- Else, report 00
- Pull the EL Services record where the start date is before or equal to the current date and complete the following logic:
- Else, report 00
- If multiple service records meet the above requirement, use the EL service with the most recent start date
- If multiple services have the same start date, use the Service with the latest End Date. A null end date would be the latest end date
- When > 1 service exists with the same latest Start Date and End Date, report the service with the highest Code (Example: when 01 and 02 service exist, reports 02).
Logic for the SIF StudentPersonal/LEPStudentsInTheirFirstYearInUSSchools element has been updated to the following:
- If student grade level is PK or SP, report 00.
- When student has a LEP record on the Current Date, where Identified Date is NOT Null, and Current Date is between the Identified Date and the Program Exit Date or the Program Exit Date is Null,
- Reports 01 in the following scenarios:
- If Date Entered US School falls within 1 year of the Current Date
- If student's grade level is KP, KF, or KT
- Reports 02 in the following scenarios:
- If Date Entered US School is greater than 1 year prior to the Current Date
- If Date Entered US School is NULL and student is not in grade KP, KF, KT, reports 02.
- Reports 01 in the following scenarios:
- Else, (when student does not have an LEP record, or when Current Date is outside an LEP record's Identified Date and Program Exit Date range for the student) reports 00.
