Health vaccines and their associated compliance listings are based on state guidelines. While Infinite Campus maintains standard guidelines for all states, districts have the ability to enter additional compliances. The following information describes vaccine compliance rules as defined by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.

General Compliance
- Vaccine doses administered less than or equal to 4 days before the minimum interval or age shall be counted as valid.
- Doses administered 5 days earlier than the minimum interval or age shall not be counted as valid doses and shall be repeated as age-appropriate.
Immunization Rules
The following tables describe Oklahoma immunization requirements per vaccine.
DTaP
Rule | Requirements |

4 doses PK Compliant | Students are considered compliant if the following conditions have been met:- the student is in state grade: PR: Preschool, PK3F: Pre-Kindergarten Full-day 3-year-old, PK3H: Pre-Kindergarten Half-day 3-year-old, PK4F: Pre-Kindergarten Full-day, PK4H: Pre-Kindergarten Half-day,
- the student receives four doses of the DT, Td, Tdap, or DTaP combined vaccine,
- the difference between the second and previous dose is greater than or equal to 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
- the difference between the third and previous dose is greater than or equal to 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
- the difference between the fourth and previous dose is greater than or equal to 4 months with a 4 day tolerance.

5 doses Compliant | Students are considered compliant if the following conditions have been met:- the student is in state grade: KG: Kindergarten Full-day, KG/H: Kindergarten Half-day,01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12,
- the student receives five doses of the DT, Td, Tdap, or DTaP combined vaccine,
- the difference between the second and previous dose is greater than or equal to 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
- the difference between the third and previous dose is greater than or equal to 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
- the difference between the fourth and previous dose is greater than or equal to 4 months with a 4 day tolerance,
- the difference between the fifth and previous dose is greater than or equal to 6 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
- the difference between the fifth dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 48 months with a 4 day tolerance.

- the difference between the second and previous dose is greater than or equal to 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
- the difference between the third and previous dose is greater than or equal to 6 months with a 4 day tolerance.

Hepatitis A
