Tool Search: Tribal Affiliation
The Tribal Affiliation tool allows Michigan districts to track and report the Indigenous Nation to which a student has ties through citizenship, membership, enrollment, or descendancy.
The data is reported in MSDS Extracts:
Tribal Affiliation Detail Editor
Read - View Tribal Affiliation records.
Write - Edit existing Tribal Affiliation records.
Add - Add new Tribal Affiliation records.
Delete - Remove Tribal Affiliation records.

Add a Tribal Affiliation Record
- Click the New button. The Tribal Affiliation Detail editor displays.
- Enter the applicable information for the student.
- Click the Save icon when finished.
