Tool Search: Unique ID Export
The state EUID system in Idaho is designed for the request and import of both student and staff identification numbers. The Unique ID Export is used to request unique IDs for individuals who do not have them.
Unique ID Export Extract Editor Report Logic
This extract returns one record for each student in the selected calendar who does not have a Student State ID. Students marked No Show or State Exclude and Calendar or Grade Levels marked as State Exclude will not be included. Records are sorted by Calendar, then by student last name.
Generating the Extract
- Indicate if the export should include Protected Identity Information, which reports Legal name and gender fields, or unmark to report general identity information.
- If Protected Identity Information is marked but the student's legal name and gender fields are blank in Campus, a record reports with their name and gender fields left blank. Campus recommends adding protected identity information for that student and generating the file again prior to uploading to the state.

- Select the Format in which the report should be generated. Use State Format (CSV) for submission to the state or HTML, TSV, or XML for data review and verification.
- Select which Calendar(s) should be included in the report.
- Click Generate Extract to view the report in the designated format.
