- If an activity had 'Post to Course Section' enabled, and students had posted to that course, swapping the active year cleared out that course data in the roster. This has been corrected.

Batch Queue Button Added (SIS-174200) [Enhancement]
A 'Batch Queue' button has been added to the homepage of the Assessment Center. When the button is selected, a window opens to display reports for all the assessments the user has generated through the 'Save & Batch Test' option in Step 4-Test Mapping and the 'Save & Batch Import' option in Step 5-Import Data.

Score Fields Display Update (SIS-174384)
With the release of Campus.2343, the following score fields under Test Detail in the Assessment Center were set to display by default. Some users reported instances of the fields defaulting to hidden:

This issue has been corrected and the fields display for all users as expected.
Please note multiple score field options are available. They can be added or modified (designate as required, hide, change sequence, etc.) in the Attribute Dictionary.

An error generated for State Edition users while importing assessment data. Logic has been updated to resolve this issue:

Result Statuses Updated (SIS-174512) [Enhancement]
The 'Minimum Value' field under the Results / Proficiency Statuses of Test Detail in the Assessment Center is no longer a required field when only Results are set up. This update allows districts to directly import Result values without any calculations and have the Result Code and Result Label display on a student's Assessment page.

Combine Person
Combine Person Triggering Error For Students with Store Purchases and Payment Method Being Modified (SIS-168416)
The Combine Person tool was generating an error and failing to combine two people if one or more of them had school store purchase on record. This issue was fixed.
The tool was also incorrectly modifying the payment method ID for payments and recurring payments attributed to the merged person, which could impact historical payment records and recurring payments established for the person. This issue was corrected. Now, when two people who may have store purchase records are merged, historical purchase records are combined and existing payment methods for the kept person are left intact and unmodified.
We also updated the tool to add the CalculatedAbsenteeValues table to Attendance records.

Student Information
Student Information Grades Tool (SIS-174353) [Enhancement]
The Grades tool has been updated to improve usability, more closely match Campus Student and Campus Parent, and provide additional assignment and grade data. The initial view of the Grades tool shows all Terms. Click a course name or grade cell to view grades for that class, with tasks and standards listed. Users now have the option to view the assignments that contribute to a grade and click on specific assignments to view a read-only version.
Additionally, changes have also been made to which GPAs display in the Grades tool in Student Information, and in Campus Student and Campus Parent:
- Previously, the Grades tool displayed Weighted Term GPA, Weighted Term GPA with Bonus Points, Rolling Cumulative GPA, Rolling Cumulative GPA with Bonus Points, and any Custom GPAs that were enabled in the Calendar GPA Calculation Setup tool. Now, Unweighted Term GPA, Unweighted Term GPA with Bonus Points, and all types of Cumulative GPAs can be displayed. A GPA must have a value calculated to display in the Grades tool. Custom GPAs must still be enabled in the Calendar GPA Calculation Setup tool. The student's class rank displays for each Custom and Cumulative GPA. Class Rank does not display on Campus Student and Campus Parent.
- Previously, only the Weighted Term GPA and Weighted Cumulative GPA could be displayed in Campus Student and Campus Parent. Now, new options have been added to configure which GPAs display. New Portal Preferences were added for each GPA in the Portal Display Options. Also, a new Available in Portal checkbox for each Custom GPA has been added in the Calendar GPA Calculation Setup tool. Mark the Portal Preference for a GPA to display it in Campus Student/Parent. If the Portal Preference for Custom GPA is marked, the required custom GPA must also be marked to be Available in Portal in the Calendar GPA Calculation Setup tool.

Illinois
Illinois - Behavior Response Start Time Pops a Warning That Indicates a Value Must Be Greater Than 4 Digits (SIS-174186)
Users in Illinois reported that Behavior Response Time was indicating that a value with more than four digits must be entered. It was found that in Illinois, the field is expected to include seconds. To correct this, when seconds are not entered by the user they will be autofilled as 00.

This is a required field for students in state grade levels 14, 15, 16 and 17 during the effective date. When there is no entered value, the field reports as zero (0).

Montana Data Upload Fixes (SIS-174355)
Two small fixes have been implemented for the Montana Data Upload files. On the Course Upload, the Available Carnegie Unit Credit field now allows for a tab to report. For the Staff History Upload, the Role field now errors when the staff person has a Role that is not one of the valid dictionary options. This allows users to correct the error before the upload is complete.

Nevada-Chronic Absenteeism Report REL Code Update (SIS-171785)
The logic for the 'REL' state attendance code has been updated to report for the Nevada Chronic Absenteeism extract in a similar manner as the 'MDP' code:
- Count toward Federal Days absent but not NV State Days Absent.
- Exclude from NV State Days Absent for the first 5 occurrences during the school year.
Note: Districts should run the Attendance Aggregation Refresh tool for all calendars after taking this release to update attendance output for Chronic Absenteeism. Once this is done, the tool will automatically run each night.

Wisconsin - New Fields for Direct Post Secondary Admission (SIS-172393) [Enhancement]
Three new Direct Post Secondary Admissions (DPSA) fields have been added to the Enrollment Information editor to document a student's DPSA tier or to exclude them from consideration.
The Calculate Direct Post Secondary Admission Tier mode has been added to the Course Plan Administration tool to calculate a student’s highest tier attained for DPSA.
A DPSA Tier field has been added to the Graduation Program Detail editor to indicate the DPSA tier associated with the Graduation program being set up.
