Tool Search: On Track
An Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) is a multi-year plan used to guide students toward their personal career and post-secondary goals and prepare them for graduation. See the Missouri Department of Education website for additional guidance on creating an ICAP.
The ICAP/On Track tool tracks the student's progress toward graduation in relation to the student's ICAP. This tool is used to track data for state reporting purposes.
Users should only create one On Track record per student. Multiple records could cause reporting issues.
