The Batch Program Assignment Wizard was not assigning ‘Participant’ status to students through the automated process. This has been corrected.

Updates have been made to the Grade Book to improve accessibility, including keyboard navigation and screen reader usage.

Resolved an issue where screen reader focus became trapped behind the side panel in the Digital Learning Applications Configuration tool.

Missing Ad Hoc Tool Right for Activity Registration (SIS-182722)

Resolved an issue where users were missing an Ad Hoc tool right, preventing them from adding an Ad Hoc Filter when creating an Activity.

Ad Hoc Selection Required (SIS-188828)

Resolved an issue where adding a new proposal in Activity Registration required an Ad Hoc selection, even when a Group Description was entered. The system now allows progression to step 3 after entering a Group Description without selecting an Ad Hoc filter.

Assessment

Copied Tests Display Incorrect Year (SIS-173254)

Tests copied in the Assessment Center did not reflect the correct test year. Logic for the test year was updated to account for any combination of years (YYYY-YYYY, YYYY-YY, YY-YYYY, YY-YY). The test year now displays correctly in the Assessment Center and Test Setup tools.

Proficiency Levels Added to Ad Hoc (SIS-176015)

The Result Statuses section under the Test Information area of the Assessment Center was updated to include Proficiency fields in the Campus.2339 release. The fields are now available in Ad hoc Reporting:

Data Import Process Ignores Steps (SIS-176685)

Users can no longer advance to import after making changes in Step 1 of the Assessment Center process. 'Save & Test and 'Save & Batch Test' now require users to complete Steps 3-4 again if modifications are made in Step 1.

Hidden Reason Code Attribute Still Displays (SIS-176686)

The 'Reason Code' attribute displayed under the Score Fields section of the Assessment Center when the 'Hide' checkbox was marked in the Attribute/Dictionary. This issue was corrected.

Assessment Score Push Down Alert Not Linked to Assessment Center (SIS-178173)

Process Alert hyperlinks that indicate a published assessment are now directed to the Assessment Center instead of the Test Setup tool.

Campus Digital Repository

Student Identifier Generates Error (SIS-187160)

The Assessment Center generated an error when users tried to save and import a file when 'Lastname, Firstname, Birthdate' was selected as the Student Identifier. This issue was corrected.

Campus Digital Repository Transitioned to Off-Premise Cloud Storage (SIS-188913)

The Campus Digital Repository has been transitioned to use off-premise cloud storage for all users.

Campus Instruction

Student Groups Redesign (SIS-177879)

The Student Groups tool has been updated to improve the visual design of the tool. The tool now includes a Group View, which lists all of the groups for that section, the number of members, and available actions to take for that group. In the Student View, students are listed with their assigned groups.

The process for creating student groups from Score Analysis has also been updated to improve usability.

Period Schedule Display and Section List Order (SIS-188805)

Previously, if a section was included in multiple period schedules, the name of one of the period schedules was appended to the section name in some Section dropdown lists, including in the Grade Book and Post Grades. Logic has been updated to clarify when the Period Schedule(s) should be listed for a section. If a Calendar has multiple Period Schedules and a section is not in all of them, the Period Schedule(s) are listed after the Section name in parentheses. Period Schedules are not listed in the following instances: a section is in all Period Schedules, a section is in only one of multiple Period Schedules, or a section is in multiple Period Schedules but all additional Period Schedules are marked as an Exception/Special Day schedule in the Period Setup tool.

Logic for the order in which sections are listed in these dropdown lists has also been updated. Sections are listed based on the Sequence of the Term, then whether the Period Schedule is marked as an Exception/Special Day, then by the Sequence of the Period Schedule, then by the Sequence of the Period, then by Course Number and Section Number. Note: the order of the Section list is determined the first time the sections are scheduled and does not change. So, if a section meets during different periods on different days of a Period Schedule, the Section list will stay in the same order based on the first day and not reorder for that day's schedule.

Flag Dropdown List Truncated (SIS-189163)

Previously, the Flags dropdown list in the Scoring screen were truncated on smaller screens or when zoomed in. The dropdown list now displays correctly.

Campus Learning

New! Section Feed - Generally Available (SIS-189645)

A new Section Feed tool has been released for Instruction users. This tool collects communications for a section, consisting of posts by teachers and students and their replies. Teachers can create posts and replies; students' communication options depend on the Section Feed Settings but may include posting, replying, and uploading attachments. To view a section's feed, click the speech bubbles icon in the Teaching Center or view the Classroom screen.

Section Feeds are enabled for students and parents via the Portal Display Options. A Section Feed Administration tool allows admins to view feeds for sections and resolve flagged replies.

Quiz Printing Feature (SIS-188352)

Teachers can now print quizzes for students unable to use computers. Printed quizzes closely resemble the digital versions taken by other students. Teachers also have the option of printing an answer key that includes the answers and settings selected.

Quizzes - Manually Scoring Quizzes (SIS-188857)

The process for manually scoring quizzes has been updated. To change the auto-calculated score for a question, click Edit Score and enter the new score. This process prevents auto-calculation logic from overwriting the manually-entered score if it is triggered again.

Flags Dropdown Display Issue (SIS-189107)

Previously, the Flags dropdown list displayed behind other parts of the Submission Scoring screen. This has been corrected.

Campus Student/Parent - Toast Messages (SIS-189373)

The toast messages that previously displayed for server errors in the top right corner of the screen in Campus Student and Campus Parent have been replaced by modal warnings for improved accessibility.

Centralized Cloud Services

All FOP Reports in Campus Now Generated via Centralized Services (SIS-187908) (SIS-184734)

All FOP reports (including those sent to the batch queue) within Campus are now generated using a centralized service. FOP reports include PDF, RFT, and DocX format types. Other format types, such as HTML, XML, and SSRS reports, are excluded from this change.

You should not notice any discernible difference in performance, report look, or generation. Infinite Campus has active monitoring to ensure this service is performant and any issues that arise are quickly identified and resolved.

FOP Reports to Now Generate Regardless of Missing Images (SIS-189535)

Updates were made to FOP reports so that in the event that a report cannot access or locate a web image(s) included in the report, the report will still generate without the image(s).

Cross-Site Enrollment Attendance Add entries were not displaying on the Attendance Change Tracking Report. This has been corrected.

SIF - Student Academic Record Update (SIS-177230)

The logic for the StudentAcademicRecord/CourseHistory/Term/Courses/Course element in the Student Academic object has been updated to report only when the grading task tied to the course is marked as ‘State Reported’.

State Edition DIS Object Trigger Update - VaccineShot (SIS-185229)

The logic for syncing the VaccineShot database object between the district and state editions was updated to send data via a database event change, in addition to the existing syncing methods of forcing a manual sync or saving on the UI.

Custom Forms Version Fix (SIS-189384)

We fixed an issue that occurred when assigning a versioned Form with additional fields to a student. See the Custom Form Setup article for information on versioning.

Custom Forms Ad hoc Versioning Clarification (SIS-189436)

We added verbiage to the Ad hoc Custom Form name, "All Versions," to indicate that all student forms report in Ad hoc, regardless of version.

Custom Forms State Edition Publish Date Fix (SIS-189542)

We fixed an issue where custom form end dates were changing when the form was published to districts from the state. See the Custom Forms Setup article for additional information.

Direct Certified Type for Eligibility Import Wizard (SIS-189417)

Added 'Direct' option back to Certified Type selection in the Eligibility Import Wizard.

Resolved an issue where districts could not extend direct certification to additional siblings in the household when the file included multiple start dates that needed to be mapped.

Saving Course Master Information (SIS-188826)

A Saved banner has been added to the Course Master Information tool to indicate that entered changes have been saved.

Course Master Information - Calendar Rights, Tool Rights (SIS-188922)

A user with read-only calendar rights and read-only tool rights to Course Master Information received an error when attempting to view the Course Master Information tool. This has been corrected.

Course Master Information Tool Rights Issue (SIS-189245)

Users assigned correct tool rights to Course Master Information could not push changes to courses unless they were also assigned SIS Role. This has been corrected.

In order to push Course Master data to courses, users need modify rights to the selected calendar and the following tool rights:

Read and Write rights to Course Masters and Courses to Push to Courses.
Read, Write, and Add rights to Course Masters and Courses to add Assessments, Categories, Grade Calc Options, and then Push to Courses.

We resolved an issue where the Related Service dropdown in the Specially Designed Instruction editor was not retaining selected values after saving. This fix applies to states with rewritten plans.

Text Message Hyperlinks for Messenger 2.0 (SIS-187422)

Hyperlink creation for text messages is now limited to full URLs in Messenger 2.0 to align with supported functionality.

The New Look of Campus Has Permanently Replaced Classic Campus (SIS-167618)

As of this release pack (Campus.2527), the New Look of Infinite Campus has permanently replaced Classic Campus and is now how Campus functions and looks moving forward.

This updated version of Campus provides numerous upgrades and advantages over Classic Campus, such as:

A simplified navigation structure
Responsive UI design
A user-created menu of favorite tools
Quick access to recently used tools
Intuitive related tools toolbar
Navigable breadcrumbs
Robust in-tool person search
A unified search menu for quickly searching a multitude of data
A useful person information card

Non-Production Sites Incorrectly Showing Green Production Banner (SIS-189629)

Some non-production sites were incorrectly showing a green banner (which is meant to indicate it is a production site). This issue was corrected and these sites now properly appear with an orange banner with white icons.

OneRoster 1.2 - Date Last Modified (SIS-188577)

DateLastModified has been updated to report correctly, regardless of how the data is retrieved.

The OneRoster refresh jobs have been separated into two distinct processes: the automatically-triggered refresh resulting from data changes and the refresh triggered by clicking Refresh OneRoster Cache.

OneRoster 1.2 - Invalid Score Scale Error (SIS-189449)

The Add button is never disabled on the tool as long as the user has proper tool rights to add a new course.
When the user clicks the Add button without selecting a course, a message displays indicating a course has not been selected.

The following updates have been made to the Academic Planning tools:

For Graduation Programs, the name of the category is now included in the list of Academic Program Options.
After saving, a new pop-up modal displays that lists all failed validations. When the user confirms the modal, the user is brought to the first error to correct the issue(s).
Text has been added to the Student Status Requirements area to clarify the purpose of the card.
For programs managed at the state level:
- The district display of State Reported and State Managed fields now match the display at the state.
- Program Criteria cards stopped publishing when the process encountered an error. This has been modified to continue publishing the information to the other cards, instead of stopping the entire publishing process.
- Deleting a course requirement at the state did not remove that requirement at the district. This has been corrected.

A new SAML – SSO Login Details report is now available. This report displays a record of all SAML login attempts for the past 7 days, detailing the:

Timestamp
log ID (unique identifier given to each login attempt)
The username of the person who logged in (or attempted to log in),
If the record is information or an error occurred
If an error occurred, the error message that was presented
The SSO configuration used to validate the login
The attribute used for identification

Using this report, users can audit SSO logins on their system and troubleshoot issues they may be experiencing.

SSO Service Provider Configuration Updated to Provide Descriptive Errors When System Can’t Communicate with Certificate Database (SIS-189344)

Descriptive error messages were added to the SSO Service Provider Configuration. When the incident has a resolution or response code for Physical Restraint or Mechanical Restraint (codes 501, 502, 600), the incident reports in the SIRS and SINC reports. Either the resolution reports or the response reports, not both.

A new resource, the Student School Graduation Plan, was implemented for Indiana to support reporting of the diploma type(s) students intend to pursue. The student’s Intended Diploma Type is collected on Academic Programs (see SIS-189069). The Academic Programs must be created and associated with a Diploma Type prior to assigning them to students for the Student School Graduation Plan Ed-Fi resource to report.

Ed-Fi mapping options pull from the ‘Diploma Type’ associated with the Academic Program. For new Ed-Fi configurations, automapping of the Diploma Type to the Ed-Fi Code is set up. For existing Ed-Fi configurations, users must manually match the code column to the Ed-Fi code.

A resync is needed as part of this update.

The logic in the Student Education Organization Associations resource has been updated to report multiple student characteristics based on multiple enrollments that overlap the configuration year.

The ‘JDC01 -17’ state code has been removed from reporting in the student characteristics element.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Calendar Code Logic Updated on Attendance Resources (SIS-189750)

Attendance Ed-Fi resources generated errors when reporting end of year data. The 'CalendarCode' element logic on the following resources was updated to report the Calendar ID-Structure ID when there is more than 1 schedule structure associated with a calendar:

Utah - SIF Updates for Draft Behavior Referrals (SIS-185592)

SIF has been updated to not send Behavior Referrals that are in ’ Draft’ mode.

The ‘AS: Transfer to Adult Education - District Services Continuing’ code has been added to the list of State End Status codes on Enrollments.

Virginia Master Schedule Report and SCED Code Update (SIS-188582)

We updated the logic for reporting the Virtual Course data element on the Virginia Master Schedule Report.

We also added a new SCED Course Identifier value, 03909: Bio II: Introduction to DNA & Biotechnology, and updated the description for code 24301 from "German Immersion" to "Greek Immersion."
