Staff Records

The following tools can be used to manage student information in a State Edition of Infinite Campus.

District Assignments
The District Assignments tool lists the location where the staff member is working. Users can view the school where the person works, the start date and title, type of employment, and assignment code.
District Employment
The District Employment tool provides information on all current and past employees within the district or state.
Credentials
The Credentials tool lists a staff member's credential types based on the date the credential was earned.
Staff Locator

The Staff Locator searches the local district database for a person who has an employment record or when the district is linked to a State Edition of Campus, the local district and state databases. This prevents the creation of duplicate personnel records.
