Registration Confirmation Form Totals (SIS-166646)
When utilizing the Registration Confirmation process, form totals could be mismatched between the Activity Roster and Activity Monitor / Dashboard. This has been corrected.

- Made visual improvements to labels for both required and optional forms in the Activity Roster.

Future Enrollment Overwriting Current Enrollment (SIS-172016)
When Include Future Enrollments was enabled, an error was displayed during checkout if the student was purchasing an activity for their current enrollment, but also had a future enrollment at a different school that was not on the activity. This has been corrected.

Ad hoc Reporting
Student Filtering and Report Template Options Now Available for Insights Visualizations (SIS-171178) [Enhancement]
You can now create Templates for Insights visualizations. Templates allow you to modify any and all settings and filters throughout a visualization and save these selected settings as a template. Once saved as a template, anytime you return to the visualization in which they were created, you can select it and automatically apply all of the template’s settings. This allows for a quick and easy way to modify visualization data to suit your needs and switch between various templates.
Also, a new Students option has been added. When selected, you can filter chart data based on your Early Warning Watchlist, your Counseling Caseload, and/or a Student Ad Hoc filter. These options can be stacked to further drill down and filter chart data to suit your needs.

Test Information Update (SIS-171572)
Users are required to enter and save a name value when setting up a new parent test in the Assessment Center.

Display Settings Updates (SIS-171650)
When there are values in the User Group field(s) under the Display Settings section of the Test Detail and the 'Mark as Restricted' checkbox is later deselected, the User Group values are removed when the update is saved.

A 'Question Label' field option has been added to the Test Information section of the Assessment Center. The display name defaults as hidden in the Attribute / Dictionary. Behavior
Behavior Process Alert Message Navigation Fix (SIS-144199)
Previously in the New Look of Campus, when a user received a behavior referral message and clicked on the Incident ID, the user was navigated to the login page. With this update, when a user clicks on a behavior message in the message center they are navigated to the Behavior Management tool to view the specific incident. This update applies to notifications created after Campus.2335.

Instruction Reports - Excluded Assignments (SIS-129466) [Enhancement]
Reports that have an assignment picker have been updated to more clearly indicate assignments that have been excluded from calculation. For assignments that do not have 'Include in Grade Calculation' marked in the Grading information, a red 'Excluded' pill icon displays after the assignment name in the assignment picker.

Campus Student/Parent
Improvements to Campus Parent and Campus Student (SIS-167580) [Enhancement]
The following improvements have been made to the home screen in Campus Parent and Campus Student:
- Districts have the option if including custom text at the top of the screen. Text is added in the new Home Screen tool in Portal Preferences and can include text, links, and images.
- Added new items to the data listed for students, including unpaid fees and missing assignments, and notices if the student is not compliant with immunization requirements or is off-track on their graduation program.
- On the right side of the screen, added additional sections below the Inbox:
- Upcoming Dates - lists any Day Events in the next 7 days.
- Contact List - a new tool that collects all of a student's teachers and lists their contact phone number and email address.
- Quick Links and Custom Tools - more convenient shortcuts to the same links found in the More tool in the Index. Custom Tools only display in Campus Parent
- Added a section at the bottom of the home screen for non-student users. This section includes notifications for individuals who are not currently enrolled students, such as fees for students who have graduated, or a food service account for a parent. For parents with only one student, this non-student data is shown in the same areas as student fees and food service information.
The details page when a parent clicks on a specific student in the home page has also been rearranged and improved:
- Added missing assignments information and organized all Assignment information into an ""Assignment: To-Do"" section.
- Recent Updates are now grouped into tabs for simpler viewing.
Other updates include:
- Students now have the option hide their school picture by clicking the triangle icon next to the picture to collapse it.
- In the student's Schedule, a red triangle highlights the current period.
- Various other small bug fixes and cosmetic improvements.

Walk-In Scheduler - Notes (SIS-162913) [Enhancement]
The Walk-In Scheduler now includes a way to record comments while modifying student schedules. The new Notes option captures specific information about any course changes or other updates to a student's schedule when they are made, instead of the counselor writing them on a separate piece of paper for entry into Campus at a later time.
The Notes editor allows up to 5000 characters of text, and information remains until it is manually removed by user.
This is a simple text box. It is meant to capture key points of a conversation between the student and the counselor when the schedule changes happen.

Due to the different technologies used in the Schedule Wizard (JAVA) and the Scheduling Board, the percentages will never be exactly the same. The corrections made in this case have brought the percentages closer.

Colorado - Non-Binary Gender Option (SIS-167960)
Students can now be identified as a non-binary gender on the Identities record. N: Non-Binary has been added to the Gender field (NOT the Legal Gender field).
State reporting extracts that report a gender have also been updated to report N:Non-Binary when assigned to a student or staff person.
Note that Colorado accepts a non-binary gender for state reporting (Data Pipeline Extract, for example), but federal reporting standards do not.

In a future update, these new fields will be used when calendar and attendance reporting logic is updated to accurately reflect schedule track differences such as when 9th grade students start one day earlier than other grade levels at a school.

Nevada - 21st CCLC Student Level Identifier (SIS-169597)
A tool has been added that allows student-level tracking of 21st Century Community Learning Centers data. Districts using Campus Digital Repository will be able to upload corresponding documents to a selected student's 21st CCLC records. Districts will also be able to generate a PDF report of a selected student's 21st CCLC records.

Nevada Special Ed Updates (SIS-170850)
Logic has been added to the Nevada IEP that in the instance of multiple placements entered on the Placement editor, the Enrollment editor automatically updates with the Placement value that is active based on today's date and the dates entered for the placement. This value is automatically updated on the student's Enrollment tool as well. When a second and third placement is entered, the Start Date of the placement auto-populates to one day after the previous placement record's End Date. When the previous record's End Date is equal to the Plan's End Date, the Start Date of the new record does NOT auto-populate.
In addition, an issue where there were verbiage inconsistencies between the Special Ed Custom Form, ""Consent - Release for Medicaid,"" and the printed IEP, Data Plan, and ISP has been fixed.

- the Type of Data Review field from the Data Review Header editor displays as the Document Type field on the (IE2/RE4) No Additional Assessments Needed and (IE3/RE5) Need to Conduct Additional Assessments editors as read-only. This field determines which printed document displays when the editor is marked as Complete.
- validation on the Enrollment Information editor has been updated so that when Initial is selected from the Type of Data Review dropdown from the Data Review Header editor, the Primary Impairment dropdown on the Enrollment Information editor is NOT required.
Updates to the Referral include:
- a new print format, WI Referral 2023, is now available.
- when the (R-1) Referral to Special Education editor is placed in a Not Needed status, it no longer displays on the printed document. This editor displays on print when the editor is in a Complete or In Progress status.
- a new text field, School Staff Making Request, has been added to the (RE-1) Notice of Reevaluation editor. This field is available and required when Child's Teacher is selected from the Request Received From dropdown.
- when Reevaluation is selected as the Evaluation Type, the following fields are NOT required on the Referral Header: Person Making Referral/Title, Date Parent Notified, and Method of Notifying Parent of Intent to Refer.
